The room was spacious and clean but the AC was stuck at 25c (even though we tried to lower the thermostat). Staff was friendly and helpful. Was able to borrow a e-bike from the hotel with ease and despite the Romance Park being next door the room had good sound proofing. Would come again if I ever visited Yangshuo again.

Amazing stay! Fantastic view from the room (photo). The room was very clean, modern, and well designed.
They take care of every detail—like mood lights, and high-end cosmetics—we were impressed.
We get what we see on the offer during the reservation and even more.
Delicious breakfast. We also rented an e-bike there, and it was very convenient.

Our stay at Tuyilan Yangshuo Xiangheli Hotel absolutely exceeded all expectations, setting a new standard for luxury and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the hotel’s stunning interior design, which is both elegant and thoughtful. The rooms are nothing short of luxurious, featuring a unique design and maintained to an impeccable standard of cleanliness. Worth to add that hotel itself is even more beautiful in real life, than on pictures. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food that we consistently enjoyed. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Their service was simply outstanding. They were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to assist us with every question, from providing excellent local recommendations to arranging a late checkout. No request was too much trouble, and their genuine warmth and professionalism made our stay truly special. We 100% recommend this hotel; it is without a doubt a 5-star establishment in every sense.

首先説説環境：酒店整體設計堪稱藝術品！融合了現代簡約與自然禪意，每一處細節都充滿設計感。大堂挑高驚人，巨型落地窗引入自然光影，搭配精心挑選的傢俱和藝術品，彷彿走進一家高端畫廊。房間更是驚喜滿滿——超大空間的佈局、高品質的床品、智能控温系統、奢華品牌的洗浴用品，還有那個讓人躺下就不想起來的奢華浴缸！處處透露着豪華與用心。

酒店位置就在千古情正對面，方便停車，出行也比較方便。去西街，去遇龍河都還是近的。酒店整體非常有設計感，房間很大，住起來非常舒服。用品也是比較有質感的。早餐種類多，味道好。性價比是ok的

酒店環境超預期，現在應該是屬於淡季了人流量少了，但是服務並沒有減少🌈🌈
服務：前台管家幫忙定製遊玩路線，代買景點門票非常省事，早餐是自助形式是比較豐富的，桂林米粉非常好吃，相對於其他酒店來説
環境：酒店的園林設施不錯，長者早起不出酒店都能進行有氧運動，如果在七月份過來應該還能吃到酒店自己種的芭蕉😊，下次有機會再來了
