Perfect hotel with an amazing view! I mentioned that we were staying for our 10th anniversary, and the hotel went above and beyond — they beautifully arranged everything and even surprised us with a delicious cake delivered to our room. We truly appreciate the thoughtful gesture; it made our stay so special and unforgettable. Definitely looking forward to coming back again!

Our stay was wonderful! The view was absolutely exceptional, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even though we don’t speak Chinese. The bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was spacious and clean — much larger than we expected. Although the hotel feels tucked away in the countryside, it was still easy to get around with Didi, and local areas were only a very short drive away. Highly recommend :)

No gym in the hotel, the pool was very nice but it isn't heated. The breakfast is poor and a bit dull after a long stay. There was no transportation service from the airport to the hotel. The room floor smelled like mold and had an unpleasant odor. However, the hotel staff were very kind and helpful

Fantastic service, adding us on wechat before the trip and helping us book various activities including the famous musical nearby. Great service throughout, good food, although breakfast was a bit basic, rooms were nicely decorated in a modern and cool way, the view was 10/10 and the area was quiet and nice. There is a restaurant round the back of the hotel which is excellent also.

I had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons in Yangshuo. The hotel is beautifully situated among the stunning karst mountains, offering breathtaking views right from the room. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway from the city. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated in a traditional style. The breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety. Overall, a great base for exploring Yangshuo’s natural beauty and culture. Highly recommended!

躺在床上就能看見喀斯特地貌，酒店前台非常高級門口，有一個超大超大的無邊泳池可以在泳池中看見雄偉的宏山酒店服務也非常的好，房間住的非常的舒服，還有免費的minibar，還配套了親子樂園離西街打車衹要起步價

房間超級大，大衣帽間，大衞生間，泡澡池，還有大陽台，陽台的景色也超美裝修風格也是我喜歡的，還有床品很舒服，酒店服務也好，酒店的早餐桂林米粉超級好吃，我們住了4晚，每天都必吃，比街上的好吃，超級開心，放鬆的一次旅遊
