LS Hotel (Guilin Liangsu)

One of the best hotels I have been to, probably the best in China! I was planning to stay one night, but fell in love with the hotel and extended one more night!!! I was totally impressed, it was better than expected! Everyone in the reception was very friendly and attentive to all my needs. They also upgraded my room for free (unexpected surprise)!! The view was breathtaking, and it looked like a landscape painting. The overall environment was warm and quiet. The location was great, transportation was convenient, with hotel buggy helping with transfer from one building to another, and the room was super clean, good for fussy people like me. The housekeepers, Xiaoying and Xiaogu, were very thoughtful and helped me solve many problems. There is a wechat group where there's a group of people working in the hotel to help solve problems, and the response is immediate! Also, the photographer, Cai Cai, took beautiful photos with great photography skills!! I also loved the dress I rented from the shop. ❤️ Such a memorable stay, will definitely come again!! ❤️

The hotel was amazing, had everything we need, very fast, helped book our excursions and was so beautiful. 菜菜 caicai, the photographer was amazing did a great job taking photos of us, I would recommend it to everyone. Only thing lacking is the gym, I wish they had more equipment for people who did weight lifting.

This hotel was marvelous! I did not want to leave my room, I could have just sank into my sheets each day after waking up to such a beautiful view of the landscape. They are so accommodating and on top of communicating with you to make sure that you take advantage of all that they offer. They will provide shuttle service to certain places in the surrounding area. They will set you up with tours or activities. And they will make sure that you are fed lol.  there is a laundry facility on site so you are able to clean your laundry. I had a paragliding excursion booked so they made sure to fold and deliver my laundry to my room for me while I was out. The complementary photo shoot was a plus and they even allowed me to borrow a dress for my own personal Halloween photo shoot. This place is A1! Thoroughly cleaned, no dust, no mold, no bugs, no stinky smells. Just superb! if I am ever back I will definitely be staying here again.

Our stay at LS Hotel was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, Victoria and Rong went above and beyond to take care of everything for us. The service was on another level, friendly, warm, and incredibly efficient. They arranged shuttle transfers everywhere we needed to go, helped us plan activities, and even secured great discounts for shows, viewpoints, and quad bike tours. The attention to detail was amazing! One of the highlights was the beautiful surprise they prepared for my girlfriend’s birthday delicious cakes and a beautifully decorated room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the moment even more special. The room was spotless, the views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, genuinely one of the most unique and stunning landscapes we’ve ever seen. The whole place feels magical. The team responded instantly to every request, and even after we left, they arranged to send back a piece of clothing I forgot, truly unbelievable service! If you’re coming to Yangshuo, you must stay here. Incredible hospitality, stunning views, and an experience we will never forget. House Managers Li Xiao and Xia Xu made out stay exceptional! Every foreigner should know about this place. We even got free photography session by fast and efficient photographer Bing Bing. I recommend this place and no other when you have a holidays in Yangshuo mountains !

Experience was very good, thanks to 西西 and 小顾 for checking on us via wechat from time to time making sure we have everything we need, probably one of the best hotel services i have ever had. Meanwhile their free 30min photoshoot was very memorable, thanks to our photographer兵兵 for taking such awesome photos
