Everything about this hotel is perfect!
Wonderful location, excellent staffs, tasty breakfast, amazing scenic views, luxury and comfortable room equipped with full tea set with good green tea leaves, abundant fruits, cultural activities incl making embroidery ball, traditional costume photography etc….
Definitely deserving a 5-star rating!

Service staff was warm, friendly and attentive to details. They would try to accommodate to the guests requests and provide recommendation. The hotel itself has good amenities and superb view - good for a short staycay - even if you choose to stay in for the afternoon, activities are provided as well.
Location is close to the bamboo raft and about 20mins drive away from west street.

My elderly relative and I just had a wonderful stay at Ji Yun Resort (Yangshuo Ten-mile Gallery Yulong River).. Even before checking in, the staff were thoughtful enough to take the initiative to inform me of renovation happening near my booked room and suggested alternatives to avoid disrupting our rest. The room we finally checked into was a luxurious suite on level 6 which provided gorgeous views of the karst mountains and tranquil environment in the scenic area.
I was also given clear advice on how to get the resort from the pier. Communication was clear and response swift..Any help we needed, be it for housekeeping, food, sightseeing and transport, came speedily.
We are thus especially grateful to the housekeepers 燕子 and 月亮 whose excellent service from start to end made our visit to Yangshuo positive and memorable.

We had a great time during our stay. We could watch the fireworks from our windows as well to wake up everyday with an amazing view to the karst mountains and the Yulong river. The staff were at all times really helpful and friendly.
We rented a e-motorbike and were able to visit a lot of places, it is indeed a good location, but a bit far if you come from Yangshuo/Guilin. Nothing a Didi ride can’t solve 🙂 really affordable.
Breakfast and food in the Cloud coffee were as well ok for the price, nothing mind blowing but the people’s there also super friendly.

Good location - close to Yulong River sightseeing / bamboo area
Good service - friendly staff (小徐, 小微 and all the ladies at the front desk are super helpful and patient)
Nice room - we have a duplex for a family of four, spacious with two showers/restrooms
Catering - cozy coffee shop cum restaurant; room package with breakfast, afternoon tea and lunch/dinner every day; good food and clean
Biking - free bikes for usage. We biked almost everyday, kids love it :)

Very comfortable stay. The hotel location has very nice view and the suite is clean and spacious, great for family to explore yangshuo. Can catch the beautiful sunrise from the room. Our 管家小小，月亮 very helpful and makes our stay very welcome

An extremely nice experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas and in an area with an amazing view within walking distance to the end of the bamboo rafting area too - so you can do that and finish up near your hotel 5-7 mins walk from your hotel!)
The staff gave a very personal service. They were extremely polite and kind helping us book tickets for shows and trails. They also speak English well and if some staff don’t then they still do their best to help with translation via WeChat. They were very patient and kind. A special mention to If you think our service is satisfactory, Xiao Xiao and Yan Zi who were great amongst all the other staff!
The room was very spacious and had a spectacular view. The amenities were great, the toothbrushes and other products like a comb and shaving kits were good quality and refilled everyday! The slippers were also very useful and good quality!
If you just go for the view it will take your breath away but the breakfast (served in the fancy looking Cloud coffee shop) was also very nice and the room and staff were definitely a great added bonus!

We traveled with 8 persons -- 2 duplexes each of 4 people. The duplexes were outstanding -- lots of room for 4 adults over 2 floors. Views were great -- see pictures. Outstanding value. The resort itself was clean and quiet; staff at reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. I hope to return!
