Yesterday, when we changed rooms, the front desk said we hadn't returned a room key. I told them I was extending my stay with a twin room. My mother came back today, and I asked her why we hadn't received an invoice. She said the front desk staff were grumpy, couldn't find the room key and told us to call the police, and were impatient every time we asked if we were extending our stay. They were also impatient when I called to ask for an invoice. To be honest, I'm not God; I don't need your effusive attitude. Mutual respect is enough. If you're so impatient, you shouldn't be working. I really won't stay there again."
