This hotel is located right in front of the university

I was very satisfied with the stay this time. The front desk service attitude was super good. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. The MixC is downstairs, the transportation is convenient, and there is no pressure to travel. It is also very close to Yantai University. The facilities in the room are very complete, clean and tidy, and there are disposable bath towels and disposable toilet covers, which are very thoughtful. 前台小姐姐特別好，幫忙升了房型，房間能直接看到大海，躺着就能看日出，屋內房間設施完善，衞生乾淨整潔，環境優美舒適，服務態度周到熱情，非常推薦這家酒店，以後也會推薦朋友來住，煙台也是非常美麗的地方，養馬島非常值得去，以後煙台旅行酒店首選這家！超好評！

酒店位置還不錯，樓下就是公交站台很方便。美中不足就是熱水不穩定，可能跟樓層有關吧。耳塞和眼罩沒有，因住2晚跟前台説過要換垃圾袋和牙膏，也沒有服務人員更換。後來看到其他公寓阿姨要了垃圾袋和牙膏。

住宿環境還不錯，樓下就是商圈，而且離煙大小吃街也不遠，我住的是城市景，還是頂樓！！！還好我不恐高，距離養馬島還是遠的，我是從樓下租車騎車過去的，沿海城市天氣説變就變，第一天晚上就打雷下雨，表示住在頂樓有點沒安全感😂😂，第二天一睜眼又是大晴天

酒店很好，給升級了房間，空間很大，不擁擠，可以看到海景，窗户對着大海，床也很大，房間裏配套設施不錯，衣架櫃子洗衣機冰箱都有，附近買東西也很方便，超市商場早餐水果店24小時便利店都有，晚上樓下還有燒烤和小攤賣櫻桃的，洗漱用品也不錯，前台也有刮鬍刀可以要，體驗真的非常好，房間打掃的很乾凈沒有異味，衞生非常棒，榻榻米很乾凈，前台服務不錯隨叫隨到，推薦。

前台小姐姐非常熱情！房間裏面也很乾凈，沒有一點異味，有很大的落地窗，不管白天還是晚上都很適合拍照。整體空間也沒有異味，裝修很符合我們年輕人的審美，他們家隔音也不錯，晚上睡覺不用擔心會被吵到，還提供耳塞和深睡眼罩，酒店裡其他的比如一次性用品和吹風機，我覺得都是數一數二的質量好，總之這次住宿很滿意！

這次入住體驗超棒！房間寬敞明亮，視野非常好，樓層高能看到城市風景還有大海。這家裝修也很簡約大方，佈置的很用心，大床非常柔軟，躺上去很舒服。房間的衞生也很乾凈，設施齊全。而且離附近的商場很近，樓下還有共享單車和公交站台，出行也很方便，總體來説性價比超高，下次來的話還住這！

這次來煙台旅遊住的觀海公寓，真的太值了！下樓走幾步就是海邊，早上睜眼就能看到大海，晚上還能聽着浪聲入睡。公寓佈置得超温馨，像自己家一樣自在，衞生也挑不出毛病。周邊就是萬象滙，吃喝購物超方便。白天去海邊踩踩沙、吹吹海風，晚上回來還能點外賣，癱在沙發上休息，簡直不要太爽！下次來還住這兒！
