Professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. Elegant and modern environment. Very clean and well cared for. Very large structure with many activities. Beach a few meters. Lots of entertainment, clubs and shops for shopping in the area. Generous breakfast and with a very wide choice of food. Perfect hotel!

We had the most amazing holiday. The rooms were cleaned daily by the loveliest cleaning ladies. The overall facility was clean and well maintained. A great selection of food in both dining rooms, always something for us to eat. 3 separate pools to choose from, all with plenty of sun loungers. With the added bonus of unlimited access to the aqua park and theme park. We found the location of the hotel ideal and enjoyed that the Medina ran through the middle of the hotel. Which incorporated additional cafés, restaurants and shops. The service we received from all of the staff was exceptional. Life guards, waiters, bar staff and the animation team were phenomenal and they made our holiday even more special. So much so we are already planning on returning.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. While the hotel staff were excellent—helpful, talkative, and always available when needed, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. Room Condition The hotel room was extremely dated, with worn-out furniture and several maintenance issues. The bathroom tiles were broken, and there was silicone over some areas, but it didn’t fix the problem. The shower curtain didn’t fully fit, leading to water leaking onto the floor. The windows were missing in places and screwed shut on one side, making ventilation difficult. The water taps were rusty and old, adding to the overall neglected feel. The room had an old fridge, microwave, and kettle, but oddly, no cutlery was provided. Pools & Surroundings The hotel has three pools, but none were particularly impressive. The saltwater pool was okay, and we went a couple of times. The main pool, where activities and games take place, was quite small. The adult-only pool was misleading, as it was filled with kids and floats, making it far from a relaxing space. The surrounding areas within the hotel were in serious need of maintenance. Weeds were growing everywhere, especially around the main pool, giving the place an unkempt and neglected appearance. Final Thoughts While the staff were fantastic, the poor maintenance, outdated rooms, and misleading amenities made this a disappointing stay. I definitely won’t be returning to this hotel.
