Terrible experience
Unfriendly reception and rude cleaning ladies
Old and dirty rooms with cockroaches in the bathroom
Old rusted chains on the doors
Old yellowed refrigerator
Bed linen and towels are not exchanged
Stingy on shower gel
Key cards do not work properly and must be reactivated every day
Loud music late at night with very poor window isolation
All in all very bad experience
The hotel deserves 2-3 stars instead of 5 stars

It was a terrible experience the room is very far from the reception no elevator we would have to go up 2 floors each time the food was catastrophic. no air conditioning in the restaurant
The staff was very unmotivated like they respond rudely
For me it is a hotel that is worth 3 stars not 5

good service, the rooms do not have a shower for people who have trouble getting into a very difficult bath, for a 5 star no kettle in the rooms too bad for the restoration a bit tight forever a 5 star. very friendly and attentive staff. the towels are a bit old and frayed and it's hard to change them. But I would gladly go back.

Hotel is very clean, animators are very interesting, hospitable and we have lots of fun with all activities, very nice food, bar is perfect, lots of diferent drinks , very kind workers.Come and have fun in this hotel and you will not regret.

The Hotel is great, we have so much fun with all activities with aninators, we played darts, archery , aqua aerobic, dancing in the night, programs for children, and adult ,everything is amazing. Food is perfect, lots of diferent taste for everybody, swimming poll is good, there is a place for children too. We all have a good vecation.

Everything was beautiful. The animators are too good and kind. the pool is good, the bar always has drinks. for the 10 days we spent, we enjoyed ourselves, the water was warm, the pools were clean
