كان الفندق جيدًا. الطعام جيد. الموقع ممتاز. مكيف الهواء معطل ولم يُكلفوا أنفسهم عناء إصلاحه. الترفيه لم يكن مميزًا. رقصنا مع السياح بملابس السباحة بجانب المسبح. كاريوكي مع إنترنت ضعيف في المساء. والأغرب من ذلك، الإقامة الكاملة لا تشمل المشروبات! المسبح جيد، لكن يحتاج إلى بعض التنظيف. إجراءات تسجيل الوصول طويلة. ربما سأجرب فندقًا آخر في المرة القادمة. لو كان السعر مناسبًا، لكان أفضل للعائلات.

I stayed at Houda Yasmine Marina & SPA in Hammamet, Tunisia, and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, the hotel was completely below standard. The room was infested with cockroaches and bed bugs, making it extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. The bathroom was mouldy, had broken tiles falling off, a toilet that barely worked, and a strong smell of damp and mould throughout the room. There was no working air conditioning, the TV didn’t function, and the Wi-Fi and phone signal were practically non-existent. The entire place is outdated, poorly maintained, and far from what is advertised. What made the experience worse was the disgraceful behaviour of the staff, who were extremely rude, unprofessional, and verbally abusive when I raised these issues. Instead of resolving anything, they made me feel dismissed and disrespected. The conditions were so unacceptable that I was forced to change hotels on the 4th day of my trip just to have a safe and clean place to stay. This hotel completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday. I strongly urge others to avoid Houda Yasmine Marina & SPA. It’s not worth the money, the stress, or the health risk.
