This 288 sq ft tiny house feels big as it has a functional kitchen with appliances ,full bathroom, queen bed, storage, Wi-Fi/TV, mini split, it’s quite, private and porch facing West for beautiful sunsets. Next to the house is a fire pit and windmill for summer cookouts and gazing at the stars. There are big gardens where you can come pick some fresh seasonal produce and get farm fresh eggs. We are centrally located to great hiking and biking trails, a lake, and historical places like downtown Prescott or Jerome the haunted mining town. We are 8 miles out of Prescott Valley and 20 miles from downtown Prescott.
