Louis Phaethon Beach

Our hotel room extractor fan was hanging off the wall in room 2072 , our joining room had holes in the curtains in both rooms, chips out of the wood flooring, doors with holes in them and indentations.corridoors carpets was worn and torn,paintwork peeling,celing cracks, lifts kept braking down continuously, throughout the vacation. Most of our trip was spent liaising with tui staff over concerns and miss sold information regarding our holiday we had booked with them. Tui rep stated that maybe this wasn't the hotel for us, and if we looked for alternative accommodation, we would have to just pay more money. We asked the hotel manager if we could change rooms, but was told the hotel was full and all the rooms was in the same condition. To come back from this holiday feeling heart broken and robbed , after spending most of the 2 weeks in tears and in shock after spending 8 grand was discusting ,especially after all the tui staff wasn't even trying to help us rectify the awful situation we was In. Our children didn't even get to spend any quality time with us, and the kids just kept asking to go home. kids don't want to see their mum and dad In tears, especially when we worked hard for this trip. Tui showed us pictures of what the hotel would look like, it looked nothing like what we was shown in tui store when booking. We even priced up and calculated what the hotel charged for our wedding if we had booked direct through the hotel, then compared it to what we were charged through booking our wedding package through tui. Tui made a thousand pound off us just on the wedding alone. The wedding package consisted of our wedding venue at the hotel a dressed gazebo , transport to and from the town hall , breakfast in bed , a cake , flowers for the bride and button hole for groom and a candle lit dinner for two, in total this cost us 1,800 just for this wedding package. The dinner for 2, well for starters we didn't get any candles, the food we got we served our selves from the restaurant what we had already paid for within our all inclusive holiday package as well as the breakfast, so we basically paid twice for this within our wedding package and within our holiday package. We made the tui rep aware the transportation that was booked to the town hall before we booked the wedding and holiday that the vehicle would Need to take all 5 of us as a family as we couldn't leave the children on their own, the tui member inside the store when booking said this would be a problem. Then when it came around to going to the town hall we mentioned it again to one of the tui reps at the hotel, and Louise the tui rep sent us a text message stating a mini bus would have to be booked to fit all 5 of us in , and this would be an extra charge of 60 euros. All tui did was make more and more money on us, or at least try to even through they had a made a thousand pound off us just on the wedding already. Brilliant couples holiday ive had in a long time! i loved the food and amenities around the resort. Every staff was warm and welcoming. Keep an eye out for "Àhmèď Àmèf" in the restaurant - he looked after us and the other guests, and he was so nice! Would definitely recommend to others; my husband and I will definitely return to back to this Resort!

Amazing place this is our 5th time going and 4th in a row . There was me my husband and child who is 13. This place as everything for everyone ! The staff are amazing and the food and entertainment! The restaurant as the most lovely staff especially Ahmed , we met Ahmed last year and what a lovely hardworking person he is . He will do anything for everyone and is dedicated to his job and a credit to the hotel ! The entertainment staff are also the best and make it fun all day long ! Their hard work pays off with the amazing shows they put on too ! Alex is amazing a great entertainment manager ! The rooms are clean and fresh everyday ! Best food we’ve had all inclusive ! A real family hotel ! The best in Paphos !

We’ve just come back from another wonderful stay and honestly, it felt even better than the last time. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome and looked after us so well. We were celebrating a birthday and they really went out of their way to make it special. A big thank you to Petros, Ellada, Rhodes, Stavros, Hany, Jenny, Maria, and Georgia, every single one of them was so kind and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and you can really see the care and attention in everything they do. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with everything we needed. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace with waiter service, which was lovely and relaxing. The Sunday White Party was a lot of fun, and the food throughout the whole stay was excellent, plenty of choice, beautifully presented, and so tasty. This hotel honestly sets the bar high. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning when we can come back. If you’re thinking about booking, just go for it — you won’t be disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Louis Phaethon Beach hotel and would 1000% stay again. I found the hotel to be very clean and tidy and the staff that work there can not do enough for you. Especially Ahmed Amer, he really made our stay special. He is very outgoing, friendly and patient, I could not sing his praises loud enough. He made our stay exceptional.
