We did not have an amazing experience at Tamara Coorg. We initially felt that the front staff were extremely disengaging, slightly defensive on some of the feedback we were providing them.
1)food was deplorable. We come from a place of having been to other 5 or 7 star places in India and globally.
2) bathroom cleanliness, stains not up to par with 5 star standards. Our customer service point of contact Raziq made it better with constant engagement and trying to fix everything for us.
3) food quality, taste, cooking, variety everything can be improved by a lot.
Out strong feedback would be visiting other places such as ITC, Taj and Evolve to learn from the experts.
Their only saving grace comes from amazing human beings such as Raziq, Gowshik who had a listening ear to our concerns. They seemed very genuine and wanted to take it up with management to make sure they make the changes for future guests.
