The thing that surprised me the most during this trip to Yichang was the hotel I booked. I was particularly impressed as soon as I arrived at the hotel. The elevator corridor was clean, and the room was very clean compared to some star-rated hotels I stayed in before. Because I am a mysophobe, I like to check everything before entering the room, so it is clean and hygienic. I added the hotel's WeChat and the laundry and WI passwords were all sent to me. Since it was my first time in Yichang and I was not very familiar with the place, I asked the front desk a lot of questions about traveling and transportation. They answered me patiently without any impatience. I had a lot of clothes that were not washed after a few days of traveling. After I took them to wash, I found that there were not enough clothes hangers. I told the front desk clerk, and she immediately arranged for an aunt to send me a clothes drying rack and a clothes drying pole. It was really a surprise. Needless to say, the location is right by the river, very close to the boat ride, and it only takes about ten minutes to walk with the children. When I checked out, they gave my child a small gift and brought us mineral water, which was really thoughtful. There was a box at the front desk that contained a lot of things that could be picked up by yourself. My child liked the small clips and took a few of them. I think this store is really a treasure store. All the services seem to be for the guests. Whether it is the front desk or the guest room, they always greet you with a smile.
