I cannot begin to explain how amazing our stay was! When we arrived we got a free room upgrade with a beautiful view of the mountains and lake, that was an amazing start to this trip!
The staff was very helpful and we could always communicate via WeChat as to avoid the language barrier. We also had booked the breakfast buffet, there were lots of options to choose from. From more western style breakfasts like cereal and croissants to a full Chinese breakfast.
We didn’t have the dinner booked, so we ate one night at the buffet. That was a little expensive for my taste, 20 euros per person. I mean there were lots of options but it was a little expensive for our taste. Otherwise I recommend staying here 10/10!

看的時候這酒店17年開業，感覺很舊，價格也不平宜，結果進酒店大堂，問了一位劉纖纖的服務員看房間，結果我房間是我要的結果，房間能看到日落，日去，但今天天氣不什麼好看不到日落的美，沒我想要的美，但纖纖的服務真的好，有時間有去住

酒店設施完善，有億年溶洞，温泉，很多泳池，遊船，很多很多遊玩項目。房間衞生也挺乾淨，我們訂的是一線湖景大床房，景觀非常好，房間佈置也挺喜歡，還有浴缸。酒店服務也挺好，倒水的時候不小心被開水燙，酒店叫服務員送了燙傷膏，還好送得及時沒有留下水泡和瘢痕，值得點贊。

酒店泳池很漂亮，小桂林的景色，旁邊就是寶晶宮景區,走路就可以去，還有租一輛電動車去也行，温泉環境很好，有免費西瓜，路過所有工作人員都會禮貌打招呼，值得推薦

英德寶晶宮天鵝湖度假酒店親子游推薦
當暮色漫過湖面，船塢房的玻璃穹頂便裹着月光，將星空與圓月一同攬入懷中。孩子蜷在天鵝造型的浴缸裏泡茶語温泉，水花濺起時，窗外的湖影正與穹頂上的星子互相輝映。夜深時分，一家人倚在露台，聽水波輕拍船塢，看月亮在湖面織出銀色的小路——原來童話裏的‘住在月亮裏’，竟是真實可觸的奇妙體驗。

酒店設在一個山清水秀的地方，環境非常不錯。房間面積也算大，湖景房也是一線湖景。衹是衞生需要改善，進房間檢查就發現被單上有黑蟲及不明液體，當然通知酒店後，有安排服務員前來更換及殺蟲處理。還有酒店温泉開放的泡池相對較少。

酒店環境真不錯，就在寶晶宮天鵝湖畔，周邊青山綠水環抱，來時碰到好天氣，陽台正對湖面，非常出片。
暑假的週末人也很多，入住時還是給升了房，很棒！
房間衞生也還行，就是剛進去地面有點濕。
餐廳吃的一般吧，種類豐富但口味一般。
去寶晶宮景點玩很近，走路幾分鐘就到。

酒店一股黴味，房間也是一股黴味，整晚呼吸着這股黴味一直都沒有睡着。衞生也很差，被子發黃，還有污跡，洗手盆的衞生一言難盡。酒店房間很大，被子有些潮，夏天就如此，其他季節可想而知。温泉池是象徵性的温泉池，很小的一個地方，三十個左右温泉池，水都沒有放滿，淺淺的，很臟。其他玩樂都要錢，連打一個桌球都限制衹可以玩一次，閑置在那裡也不給玩。不像其他酒店，用房卡就可以領到球玩。這個地方價格貴，又不好玩。
