先説服務，事情經過：在住宿的最後一天，我預約的車輛是4點出發。但是退房時間是2點，故而，在中午1點40分時和前台溝通，能否延遲到4點退房？多加錢也可以。前台明確回覆説可以延遲，不用加錢。可是到了四點退房時。前台換了個人，説她不清楚，那是上一班的人答應你的，她不知道，要補錢。期間態度及其惡劣，令人作嘔。
再説衞生環境和設施：住了6天，期間衹換過兩次床單，被褥。床單上有成片的不明污漬，洗完拿回來的時候不檢查一下嗎？裝看不見？洗衣房就一台洗衣機，衣服堆在洗衣機上像是垃圾桶一樣。房門上的貓眼感覺都快掉出來了，一丁點都不隔音！！
退一步越想越氣，必須要給差評！！！！！！
從業人員不考核嗎，這招的是前台還是上帝。住個酒店還得遭前台白眼？衞生沒有標準，服務沒有態度，小城鎮沒有競爭就這麼肆無忌憚？

真的是一個不可錯過的打卡地，好吃又健康的店，家人們誰懂啊！這次住的酒店簡直是我的夢中情店！
剛踏入房間，整潔温馨的氛圍就撲面而來，床品柔軟舒適，感覺疲憊瞬間被驅散。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品一應俱全，品質還超棒。
酒店的服務更是沒得説，前台辦理入住迅速又貼心，還熱情推薦了周邊美食。早餐種類豐富，中西餐搭配，滿足各種口味。位置也很優越，周邊交通便利，無論是出行還是購物都超方便。
這次入住體驗感直接拉滿，下次來這邊，我肯定還選這家！上頭！

我是10月2號住在天馬酒店的，這個酒店特別好，請大家放心入住，服務也很好，但是10月3號了木壘入住了木壘希爾酒店，簡直是沒法比，我在攜程上訂了三四次，不停的價格在變動，感覺希爾酒店是私人老闆開的，不着調，希爾酒店怕給他差評吧，我到了酒店，價格又便宜了點，説讓我掃微信付款，我很後悔，沒法評價這個破酒店，要了我410元，電視窗簾都是壞的，無法在網上評價這垃圾酒店，不好意思！再看看他們給的抽紙吧，衹有一半，我也是無語了！再不能來木壘希爾酒店了！但是我衹能借助這裏來説下，大家別上當受騙了！這裏這價真不值！
