This stay at [Zuo'an Yunge Hotel Business School Branch] was really disappointing. As soon as I entered the room, I saw several cigarette butts and cigarette ash on the floor. It felt like the room had not been cleaned thoroughly.
As a hotel, it cannot even guarantee the most basic hygiene, which is really hard to satisfy people. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to hygiene issues, strengthen management, and prevent other guests from having such unpleasant experiences.
