Buffet Afternoon Tea: The selection for afternoon tea was a bit limited and could be more varied, especially the hot tea options. Given that the family room accommodates four, I believe a four-person serving of the included afternoon tea would greatly improve the experience. Premium Private Transfer Service: The service was excellent, and the driver was also very nice. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. All the facilities, amenities, ambiance, and service were excellent. My only suggestion is regarding the fabric sofas; they didn't feel very clean. I was somewhat reluctant to sit on the sofa seating in both the restaurant and the rooms. Otherwise, everything else was great.
