"I had the best stay at this hotel! It's like the best service I've ever encountered in china. Staff were really helpful, responsive and kind from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies and the drivers. My kids and family fell ill when we arrived, so really thankful for the staff they even helped to cook porridge for my kids as they wasn't able to eat well. Big thank to cleaning aunties, receptionist, hotel staff and the drivers who sent and picked us. Oh and not to forget the rooms and the whole ambience was really nice too. Everything was clean and with smart features"

"I booked a garden-view room but was upgraded to a premium lake-view room. The lake and mountains were breathtaking from the window. The breakfast selection was rich every morning, and we enjoyed the hot springs in the afternoon. There were over a dozen pools, some with additives and some with plain water, plus a hot stone bed and a steam room. After soaking in various pools, a session in the steam room was incredibly relaxing. Our butler, Sister Xiaowei, reminded us daily to keep our room stocked with drinks, fruit, and dry towels, and even suggested daily sightseeing routes. The entire stay was incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home."

"The room was huge! As soon as we checked in, my baby started playing and didn't want to leave. The butler and all the staff were so kind and helpful, especially with all the things we had for the baby. Both the Chinese and Western restaurants were delicious. I especially want to commend the farm – it was so clean and fun, you could really see the effort put in. My baby has been to Nantong Forest and Nanjing Hongshan, but here was where she enjoyed feeding the animals the most. We'll definitely be back when the weather gets warmer!"

"Although I only stayed for two nights, it was definitely a very satisfying trip. I sincerely recommend that you stay in the mountains when you come to Yixing. The air is very fresh. Elderly people say that breathing fresh air relieves their throat discomfort a lot. The hotel's service is very enthusiastic. From the first day of check-in, the room was upgraded for free and the impression was very good. The staff were very enthusiastic. The elder was not used to sleeping on soft pillows and thick quilts, so he immediately replaced them with summer thin quilts and buckwheat pillows after the communication the next day. Because there was no takeout available in the city, and I was too lazy to go out to find a farmhouse, I had dinner at the hotel. I ordered hot pepper tofu for two days in a row. The tofu in the mountains didn’t have any beany smell at all, and I was very happy with it. Free yogurt was also given in the evening. Before leaving, I was also given special black rice. Another major feature of the hotel is the hot spring, which is also very comfortable. Because I went out to play in the morning and soaked in the evening for two consecutive days, the fatigue of the day was relieved."

"I was tired from driving, so I found a hotel after exiting the highway in the early evening when it was still dark. It was in a town in Yixing, about 10 minutes from the highway. I followed the navigation and arrived at night. It was dark all around, so I couldn't see much. The room was on the fourth floor. I asked for a double room with twin beds, but one of the beds was a makeshift bed on the floor. It was okay, though, since it was a last-minute solution. It had underfloor heating and breakfast. The next morning, when I set off, I saw a ceramics exhibition hall. I went in and walked around, but there was no one there. I didn't stop because I was in a hurry. If you have time, you can visit the ceramics exhibition hall and appreciate it. It's very nice. I'll come back again if I have the chance."

"Environment: The surroundings are really nice. I booked quite late, so the two-bedroom suite I originally wanted wasn't available. I ended up getting a family room with two beds. It's very spacious, has a balcony, and the view is excellent. On New Year's Eve, the hotel even had fireworks 🎆, which was fantastic! The resort grounds are huge, but the weather wasn't great, so I couldn't go to the amusement park. I'll have to come back another time."
