這次龜峯旅行總體舒適度還是非常不錯的。從接待到入住及出行整個過程中用車船都有很好的體驗，工作人員也非常耐心細心。入住時有一位工作人員一直全程陪伴細心介紹各類事項，直至進入房間後還送來了雨衣，等我們吃上午餐才離開。我覺得這種一對一的服務體驗非常棒，避免了更換工作人員帶來的麻煩，讓顧客有了更好感受。這兩天早餐不管是自助還是套餐品種豐富，搭配也合理，工作人員也是熱情周到。中晚餐點的菜口感也非常不錯，體驗到了當地特色。這次入住的房間是這個旅行過程中最滿意的，面朝龜峯湖，讓人身臨其境，回味無窮。昨天傍晚還在陽台還看到了龜峯的晚霞，非常漂亮。整個房間環境衞生沒有問題，就是廁所裏會時不時有點難聞的味道，不知道是下水道的還是黴味，這個可以再關注一下。總的來説非常滿意，感謝每一位工作人員的接待和幫助，期待有機會再來龜峯旅行，下次見！
