床下使用過T袋沒收拾，床單都是破的，熱水晚上十二點別想洗個舒服的澡，房間挨着棋牌室隔音不好，以上是現狀，接下來是前台某位男士服務態度，電話聯繫溝通熱水，上門溝通解釋熱水被用光等燒好要一個鐘，跟他溝通麻將房一點後能否去提醒聲音，不然我們會投訴，可能這個投訴話語刺激到了他，迴避提醒，直接讓我們搬走，多次跟他説暫不投訴，衹需他半夜麻將房吵需服務員出面提醒，無視我們的需求，衹一味説：別住這，走，願自掏腰包讓我們凌晨另尋住處，也不知道大床房➕單人床衹有一雙拖鞋是什麼意思

房間比較大，老闆也非常的熱情，窗户很大，特別是投影10分的清晰，唯一一點點就是窗外的聲音，有一點點影響睡眠，不過還好，10點鐘以後基本上就沒什麼聲音

房間環境還行，有一點不好的就是電梯在外面 什麼人都可以上來，我進房間的時候 還有外面的人從房間裏出來我都震驚了？ 雖然聯繫了前台給我換房間，但是他那個樓梯也是連着的！那個男的上樓上和他朋友匯合，我下電梯的時候又遇到他們兩個人 不知道在酒店裡麪要搞什麼東西。。。。很不安全
