Cottage has baking oven, cooling/warming inverter air heat pump (upstairs and downstairs), central vacuum cleaner and mechanical ventilation. Lower floor of house constructed to facilitate the disabled.

Level grassy plot. Wooden fence along neighbouring cottage boundary. Next to good blueberry, lingonberry, cranberry and cloudberry areas. Good pike and zander stocks in Lake Toiviaisjärvi.

Owner rents outboard motor (2.2 hp), 2 bicycles and hot tub. There is 1 hot tub in shared use with 2 cottages and therefore it's recommened to book it in advance (owner's contact details will be sent after booking the cottage).

Urho Kekkonen’s birthplace (Lepikon torppa) 45 km, horse riding opportunities 9 km, Runni spa 20 km, Paljakka hill 10 km, ‘Devil’s churn’ pot hole 10 km, nature trail 10 km, Palosvuori ski resort 50 km. From yard of holiday home is a connection to a maintained trail running round the lake.
