Facilities: One person stay is really comfortable, all the organs, although the non-smoking room is gone, but the room does not smell smoke, and there are windows - favorite is the bathtub - after daily rampage, back to the hotel to take a bath really reset
Hygiene: Very clean, although you can see some facilities are old, but very clean, Japanese accommodation basic requirements right this is
Environment: Super convenient, municipal blueline exit 10 out about 100 meters, and all the surrounding brands of convenience stores, and a good curry shop, coffee shop
Service: In Japan, you can basically not check in early but you can store your luggage, before check-in and on the day of check-out

I stayed here for a 2-day concert at Yokohama Arena.
You can enter and exit freely with a magnetic card (there may be restrictions at night❔).
I contacted them to store my luggage before checking in, and by coincidence, they said a room was ready and kindly recommended an early check-in.
They said they would store my luggage the next day, but for convenience, I left it in a coin locker at the station.
It was very clean and I had no complaints.
I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
As an aside, the liver and chive skewers at the nearby Jinbei were delicious, so I ate there two days.

It's just right for one person, about 5 minutes away from JR and there is a 7-11 opposite, very convenient! The breakfast is simple, you can have a quick meal, or there is a beautiful cafe downstairs! The CP value is very high!

The hotel is very close to the subway station. There is a ramen museum nearby, which is very interesting. Convenient transportation is the only reason to choose it. After all, it saves more money than in Tokyo.

I used this hotel for an event at Yokohama Arena.
It's close to both Shin-Yokohama Station and Yokohama Arena, so it's easily accessible. There are also cafes, convenience stores, and izakayas nearby, so I had no trouble finding food.
The amenities were sufficient, and although the facility was a little old, it was clean.
