Four Points Flex by Sheraton Yokohama West Reviews

Very comfortable beds! I often have back pain, but here, at Four Point Flex, I have no problems at all. The staff is helpful. Some of them speak English well, some don't, but use translator app. I didn't like the street, though. Many drunk people in the evening, ************ and noise. However, the window was directed sideways, so, it wasn't noisy.

I chose this hotel because I was attending a show at Pia Arena MM. The 101 bus system, located just a two to three-minute walk away, was more convenient than public transport. Also, if you're heading to Yokohama Station with luggage, I'd recommend taking the main road to the north rather than walking straight through the shopping street. There are many restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient. The hotel description stated check-in was until midnight, but after emailing them, I received confirmation that early morning check-in was also possible – a real lifesaver for those with unconventional arrival times. During check-in, they provided very detailed explanations, covering things like room cleaning and how to pick up amenities. The room layout was excellent; the single room felt completely uncrowded even for solo use. Plus, it surprisingly offered a small view! Please note that the smoking room on the second floor is now exclusively for electronic cigarettes, which might be an inconvenience for some guests. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

I absolutely loved the location! It's super convenient for dining, entertainment, and all sorts of activities. Other aspects were good too: the hotel is fairly new, and though compact, it's fully equipped with everything you need. It also offers great value, especially on weekdays.

The hotel is new, but it has too many issues. I stayed for two nights, and the biggest problem was the complete lack of housekeeping! Photos 1-4 were taken after check-in on the first day. Photos 5-8, taken upon my return on the second day, show that the room was in the exact same state as when I left in the morning. The bath mat and towels used on the first day were also not replaced. I had to go to the front desk on the 2nd floor myself to ask staff for new ones. There was fallen hair all over the room and bathroom; I simply had to turn a blind eye. The small trash can in the toilet was overflowing and was never emptied. The worst part was the hair in the bathtub, which, if not cleaned promptly, would cause drainage issues. Honestly, if you have any standards of cleanliness, I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, with numerous shopping malls nearby, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The room size was decent, but compared to other Japanese hotels, the cleanliness wasn't quite up to par; I noticed white lint around the sink area. While complimentary bottled water wasn't provided in the room, there were water dispensers by the elevators on every floor, which is a thoughtful amenity for guests who prefer hot or warm water.

The front desk staff were very helpful, but the neighborhood right downstairs was a bit chaotic. Trash wasn't emptied daily, and housekeeping only came once during my 6-day stay. It offers pretty good value for money, and Sotetsu Yokohama Station is just a few minutes' walk away.

Stayed for 2 nights. The room wasn't cleaned and the trash wasn't collected, which wasn't communicated to us at check-in. The location is decent for public transport, about a 2-3 block walk from Yokohama Station, with Don Quijote and Ichiran Ramen nearby. We booked it purely for convenience, but the room was quite small.

Wow! The location of this hotel is literally right in the heart of Yokohama, many markets, restaurants and bars nearby. The Yokohama station is just a few minutes walk away which is near many attractions such as the Yokohama amusement park, the Sky Garden and Cable car ride about one stop away on the station. The hotel was super clean especially since it’s relatively new this year 2024. The room was a bit small but very comfortable and the price at the time of booking was super reasonable at the time. I would definitely book again.

The breakfast, which costs 1200 yen, was really excellent with natto, an egg, a hearty soup, tofu, salmon and rice.

This is an extremely clean and well run hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but the space is well used.

The service was very friendly, and the front desk staff spoke English. The location is also great, with plenty of dining options nearby. It's very convenient to get to from Yokohama Station; you'll even find stores like Aeon Supermarket and Bic Camera on the way from the platform, making everything easily accessible.

The room was quite small; the entrance led directly into a very narrow hallway with no space for luggage, making the design rather baffling. However, the location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Yokohama Station, with plenty of shopping malls nearby. The front desk staff were efficient, but despite our request for two rooms on the same floor, we were given one on the fourth floor and one on the eighth, which was very inconvenient.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to public transport and major attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
