The hotel's location in terms of transportation is not excellent, but the advantage is that it reduces railway noise, and there are abundant convenience stores and hotels opposite the hotel and on the way to the station. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. What stood out most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of both Japanese and Western options, which was a great way to start the day. If I had to find any fault, it would be that the hotel is located in a quieter part of Yokohama, which might not suit everyone's taste. However, for me, it added to the charm and made for a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend the JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Tsurumi for its comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. It offers excellent value for money and is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the Yokohama area.

It's an old hotel, close to the street. If you don't close the windows, you should bring earplugs. But it's also quite noisy. It's very hot in winter without opening the windows. If there is no air conditioning, you should be careful even if you stay temporarily.

次の日の朝早くの飛行機だったので空港に近いホテルをとったのですが、駅からも近く周りにコンビニもあってとても便利でした！部屋も意外と広くて、清潔感もあり短い滞在時間でしたがとても充実して過ごせました。朝食は今回は時間が合わず食べれなかったのですが、付いてくるというのはとてもいいサービスだと思いました！また泊まる機会があれば次は朝食まで食べれるといいなと思っております。

I've used it a few times and I'm satisfied with it. This is a business hotel with good value for money near Tsurumi Station. However, I personally find the walls quite thin. You can hear the guests in the next room talking and even yawning. When I first used the room, I heard the sound of the door opening and closing and was surprised to see someone entering, but it turned out to be the room next door. To be honest, there are many better business hotels in Yokohama, but if you have something to do in Tsurumi, this is the one I recommend.

Hotel clean and nice and located easily outside Kannai station. McDonald's and a few Japanese restaurants nearby. And a convinient store just 10 seconds away. Room is a typical Japanese business hotel small anf functional. Got a few shampoo options at the lobby too. Recommended.

The first time I went and used this capsule hotel, I was worried at first because I went alone, but the hotel location was quite easy to find, near the station and could go to Trung Street. When I got to the hotel, there were Vietnamese staff who were very enthusiastic in guiding me. The furniture was arranged beautifully and clean. The shared toilet and bathroom were also very clean. Everyone who used the furniture was also very conscious of the next user. However, no talking on the phone. If you need to work by talking, you should not use the capsule hotel. If there is a chance, I will continue to use the service here next time. Rating 4.5*

All the staff at the front desk spoke English. There was no clock in the room, but they quickly fixed it.

The location and service are very good, close to the tram station. Very close to China Street. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is OK. The room size is spacious in Japan.
