Yokohama Tsuzuki Ward Hotels

When I arrived and started to operate the check-in machine, one of the staff members who had pretended not to know me stood in front of me without saying a word. I was secretly scared... But before I got on the elevator, an older staff member called out to me and showed me around, so I felt a little more at ease. The room was nicely appointed and I had a comfortable stay. There were no fires from the neighboring fire station, and it was very quiet at night. I'm glad I chose breakfast included. The staff member welcomed me warmly with a smile. I took the food back to my room, and it was plenty. The homemade tofu was also delicious.

Use as a night before for inspection at hospital. Walk a little from the station. The straight distance is close, but it feels like a big turn. There is a dispensing pharmacy below and a medical university right next to it. As a business hotel, it is an ordinary hotel. The front desk is on the second floor with a small one. I don't have any particular complaints, but there were some things that I was a little worried about hygiene. When I turned the futon, my hair fell on the sheets. When I looked inside the pillow cover (I try to check it as a countermeasure against tickling squirrels), the pillow also had hair. I wonder if I wanted you to wipe a little more dust off the corner. Well, it's not a big negative point. So I may stay if I need it again.

Very Good

This hotel is a great budget hotel right in the center of Yokohoma. The place is very close to all the good amenities and are walking distance. You can see the Yokohoma Dena Blue Star Stadium outside and Chinatown is one station away. The room we had was nice. The staff here is very kind, friendly and helpful. The fact that you can rent your own private sauna is the highlight for this hotel. Definitely recommended if you’re visiting Yokohama for a short stay.

The first time I went and used this capsule hotel, I was worried at first because I went alone, but the hotel location was quite easy to find, near the station and could go to Trung Street. When I got to the hotel, there were Vietnamese staff who were very enthusiastic in guiding me. The furniture was arranged beautifully and clean. The shared toilet and bathroom were also very clean. Everyone who used the furniture was also very conscious of the next user. However, no talking on the phone. If you need to work by talking, you should not use the capsule hotel. If there is a chance, I will continue to use the service here next time. Rating 4.5*

All the staff at the front desk spoke English. There was no clock in the room, but they quickly fixed it.

The location and service are very good, close to the tram station. Very close to China Street. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is OK. The room size is spacious in Japan.

This is such a good hotel, I can't find any faults, the price, location, room facilities, and cleanliness are all great. There is also free hot spring bathing. The key is that I also bought my pocket3 near this hotel. Next time I go to Yokohama, I will definitely stay here

The rooms are very clean and equipped with the bare necessities. Toyoko Inn quality. The staff smile and respond appropriately. Breakfast is included in the room rate, but there are times when I don't eat it, so I wish they would offer a plan without meals.
