申し訳ありませんが...
ここは昔のモーテルの跡地を利用したホテルかと？！
分かっていたら予約しませんでした。
それに温泉といっても外まで歩いて行かなくてだし、午後９時には閉館だなんて驚きました。
もっとお客様に寄り添った金額や利用時間を考えてほしいです。
