"The facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it."

"We stayed a night in a renovated standard room, then upgraded to a Laguna suite which is the same as 2018. We enjoyed both rooms but prefer the renovated start room. As for management and staff, they were excellent from the front desk, the Point and all the restaurant outlet staff. Manny, Alex, April, Jasmine, and Briana keep up the great service."

"I chose this hotel because my stay was short. They didn't have any amenities and didn't have a toothbrush, so when they requested the staff, they went to the related facilities. Staff is very good. Equipment is equivalent to the price."

"The location of the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Guam Premier Outlet. Overall our stay in Wyndham was great, not to mention that most of the staff are Filipinos who are very accommodating and helpful. The room was big with a couch and dining area and is big for 2 persons. Would definitely be my hotel of choice in my next trip in Guam and would highly recommend it as well."

"only 8 minutes from kmart and even less for future donki stores. you could take red bus to city center just atound 10 minutes. room is very large and staff are friendly. free car to airport 24 hours. take 25 monutes to walk from airport just one simple way."

"This time we stayed for 3 nights with ocean view. The view was great on the 7th floor. As mentioned in the reviews, there were some places where I was concerned about the smell. In the room I stayed in, the pillow smelled like the soles of my feet. I brought deodorant with me, but it only worked a little. There was no musty smell. It was very convenient to have something to hang the laundry to dry. I brought some hangers with me, but I felt like I didn't have enough. If you are concerned about toothpaste, we recommend that you bring your own. The pool is well stocked, the staff are really kind, and I took a yoga class, which I was very satisfied with. There was a convenience store, and there was an ABC store right in front of me, so I didn't have any problems. I would like to use it again when I go to Guam."

"Answering phone services is bad. Lost item they didn't even check it right cus I remember when we check out room I know what I put the item they told me they didn't find anything. And my medication too. Very dispoint. I even told them I go and check they check they all ready check so nothing! That what they told me room was even no guest yet ."

"Although we stayed during a typhoon, the staff at the front desk were kind and helpful, and we were able to spend a comfortable time. There is an ABC store next door, which is convenient for buying drinks and snacks. It's within walking distance to duty free, so the location is no problem. You can also walk to the beach. I rented a car and there was ample parking space behind the hotel, which I could use for free. The free Wifi in the hotel was a little weak, but it wasn't a problem. NHK was also shown on the TV. Recommended for those looking for reasonable accommodation."

"The hotel location (pool and Tumon Beach right next to it, walking distance to the small downtown area with restaurants in front of the hotel) is good, I always see the pool water quality management once a day, the staff is friendly But the breakfast is not so good.. I did it because it was more delicious than other places.. It was disappointing. And every time I had breakfast, the coffee staff or some female staff members were not so good ~~ ! There are lifeguards at the pool and they are all friendly. They cleaned it every day during my 4-night stay and gave me more towels if I asked for them. I forgot to tip one day, but they cleaned it well. Korean staff members are always there. Washer and dryer cost $4 each. I thought I wouldn't have to do laundry, but I used it because my wet clothes didn't dry well. The fabric didn't get damaged and it was okay. They give you a tumbler instead of disposable ones, but it breaks right away if you drop it."
