This is a very beautiful old teahouse with a tea shop at the bottom and a few rooms above. It feels like it might be one of the original old houses that got renovated/ repurposed as a guesthouse a while ago.
Unfortunately it had a bit of a “ tired” feel with loads of boxes everywhere, unused fridges and dusty lampshades in the seemingly now closed down restaurant area right in-front of the guest rooms.
Bedsheets and towels were spotless, so its a pity that the communal areas don’t seem to receive the same love and care.

Super nice staff. They provided us with free transfer to and from the train station. The room is extremely charming but very old and not well insulated, and as it was really cold, they helped us insulate it and even provided us with an extra heater.

Everything was perfect. The only thing to know is that our bedroom was near the main road of furong and ws very noisy, but there is not problem!!

The room faces the main road, right under the plaque at the entrance to Furong Town. In the morning, you can hear the tour guide repeatedly introducing the history of Furong Town and the naming of this road. The location is very good. Walking down the street, you can see the waterfall very close, and it is not far to go out to eat snacks on the street.
