This is a very beautiful old teahouse with a tea shop at the bottom and a few rooms above. It feels like it might be one of the original old houses that got renovated/ repurposed as a guesthouse a while ago. Unfortunately it had a bit of a “ tired” feel with loads of boxes everywhere, unused fridges and dusty lampshades in the seemingly now closed down restaurant area right in-front of the guest rooms. Bedsheets and towels were spotless, so its a pity that the communal areas don’t seem to receive the same love and care.

Super nice staff. They provided us with free transfer to and from the train station. The room is extremely charming but very old and not well insulated, and as it was really cold, they helped us insulate it and even provided us with an extra heater.
