This hotel is very clean, I had a good rest, the staff were so kind and helpful

The hotel staff member were very friendly and helpful, full of smile. The food were excellent, the show were amazing.

Balcony had a lots of spider webs and we even killed a massive spider

Beautiful location. View only for rooms that are even number Staff was trying to be nice but communication was difficult Breakfast is only soup. Delicious, but its the only option. No coffee, only tea

Room was okay but does not look like picture and was quite old. Staff not providing any information nor try to communicate.

The hotel is very nice, on top of a restaurant. The rooms were very beautiful. We booked a “panorama room” thinking it might have a view because of the name. Since it didn’t, we asked for an upgrade to a room with waterfalls view. Fortunaly, there was availability, so the team helped us change rooms. The view from the balcony was really amazing. It’s worth adding that the hotel is inside the scenic area, where taxis can’t arrive. Ours left us in the closest gate (Liang Bridge), purchased the tickets, and we walked a short distance (300mts).

Everything was perfect

I booked 2 rooms in this hostel. One for my parents in their 60s and the other for me. I decided on this hostel because I saw the picture and the info that the room has a waterfall view. Which does, although it turns out that the hotel itself isn't located adjacent to the waterfall. It's just that it's the highest building around so it could offer a better view of the waterfall. The glass pane is a bit misleading. The view of the waterfall can be seen by the balcony. However, looking through the glass pane and you could only see lots of weeds crouching over old roofs. The room itself is also very small. I need to give the hostel 3 stars for its service because initially I booked for the wrong date and the condition doesn't allow for modification. So I reached out to the owner via Wechat with the phone number given. With some language barriers to figure out, the owner was kind enough to modify the date for us. But otherwise, I would have given the service less than 1 star for the fact that my parents' room was on the 4th floor without elevator, and the butler, upon seeing their huge loaded luggage, went instantly to get my parents' smaller, lighter carry-ons and rush up the stairs without looking back despite the fact that my parents tried to call them many times. The amenities were in a pretty mess. The downstairs is a lousy restaurant with children watching tvs and elders eating here and theirs. We spent so much for the balcony's view but regrettably the balcony lamp was broken. The toilet was a sit-up kind, my room is the regular, impressively with the electronic fancy kind. But using them once got it clogged and asking the reception to have her hand us the plumbing stick for us to fix ourselves... waking up early in the morning only to find out that the hallways' light of the whole building was turned off and it was pitch dark. I have to go around and find the switch to turn on each myself. No need to mention the fact that I have to carry all our bags down myself since there is no one awake by the time I need to check out... All in all, not really worth the money spent...

The hotel was in a great location. You can see the entire waterfall and city from your room. There were only two main things that concerned us. The first was the smell. The hotel is located on top of a restaurant; therefore, you would often smell food in the room and in the halls. We did not quite enjoy the smell. The second is the cleanliness. Brooms and trash bags were left in the hallway as the cleaner cleaned the hotel. It felt quite unclean. The view on the side of the room/ hotel was also all trash. In the pictures, it looked like mountains or trees. For foreigners, please check whether your room had sitting or squatting toilets. We had squatting toilets, but the photos did not show it.

La actitud de la recepcionista con gafas que se encuentra en la entrada del hotel nos dejó mucho que desear dado que le pedimos que por favor nos ayudase con la reserva de un tren porque nosotros estábamos teniendo problemas con la aplicación y no nos dejaba reservarlos. Tras pedirle el favor nos indica que nos busquemos nosotros la vida por nuestro lado. Lamentablemente creo que es una falta grave de servicio que esta persona no fue capaz de hacerlo y por tanto NO recomendamos este hotel. Por otro lado al margen de lo ocurrido, indicar que el aseo no estaba limpio del todo y las toallas tenían agujeros.... Tampoco tienen ascensor y tienes que subirte tú mismo la maleta hasta un segundo o tercer piso.

這家酒店的體驗讓人一見傾心，尤其那片竹林觀景台，成了治癒旅途疲憊的寶藏地。 酒店環境自帶一種靜謐的美感，陽光透過落地窗灑進來，與角落的綠植相映，空氣裏飄着淡淡的草木香。走廊鋪着厚實的地毯，腳步聲被悄悄吸走，牆面掛着素雅的水墨畫，暖黃燈光勾勒出柔和的輪廓，走在其中格外放鬆。 客房簡潔舒適，推開陽台門就是觀景台——木質欄桿圍着一片葱鬱的竹林，竹竿筆直向上，竹葉層層疊疊，風一吹就發出沙沙的輕響，站在這兒望着滿眼的綠，連呼吸都變得清新。傍晚時分，夕陽穿過葉隙灑下金斑，光影晃動間，彷彿闖進了避世的小天地。五樓還有觀賞芙蓉鎮的觀景台，可以一覽芙蓉鎮的風景，還可以免費唱歌，在五樓觀景台一邊唱歌，一邊觀景，還可以吃飯，真的非常非常滿意 服務更是加分項。前台辦理入住時，會主動告知觀景台的最佳觀賞時段；保潔阿姨打掃時輕手輕腳，還會順手把陽台的落葉掃乾淨；想在觀景台小坐，工作人員很快送來藤編靠墊，細節處滿是貼心。 整體下來，這裏既有自然的清幽，又有服務的温度，住得格外舒心。下次再來，一定還選這兒。這次的旅行也是我走過無數風景名勝最滿意的一次！
