The location of the hotel is fantastic, we had a really nice view from the balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The communication with the team was really good since before arriving. They helped us booking the tickets for the Town and organising the transport back to the station.

Generally the stay was pleasant. Owner was helpful & welcoming. We were treated to some snacks & tea while waiting to be checked in. Rooms were cleaned & location was excellent being close to the entrance to the main place of interest. Room has a nice balcony overseeing the attraction.

Really nice and helpful staff. They helped me with my luggage, provided information and even upgraded my room to one with a better view :)) The place is super cute and cozy and it's about a 5 minutes walk into the scenic area.

Lovely view from our room, especially in the evening. The owner was super friendly and knowledgeable for the routes to walk to the waterfall and shows available to watch. The location of the Inn is very convenient and breakfast is available for a small cost.

Nice hotel in Furong, not far from the scenic area. Free pick-up from the high-speed railway station was a great service too.

Amazing view from the balcony, the room is very big, they just install an elevator so its easy to bring luggage to your room. They provide local fruit in the room, free breakfast, free pickup from station. The owner is very helpfull. Location is really close to the entrance which make it easy to reach.

Our stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. The room was uniquely designed, immaculately clean, and offered a breathtaking view of Furong ancient city. Service was excellent here, each one of the workers was so friendly and gave us free fruit and snacks the day we arrived. They let us choose which room we wanted to stay in, and also organised pick ups to and from the hotel, which we really appreciate. View was lovely too and we were able to see the fireworks. Highly recommend staying here :)

I would take another hotel next time. too many things that needed extra attention from my side to get it fixed (booked mountain view but they have a creative definition of a mountain) and I was quite shocked when I forgot my tea box at the breakfast table, and when I came the next day to retrieve it, they had already put it in the trash. seriously?
Response from Property: 【十佳特色經典民宿+高鐵接送站服務+代購門票+免費停車直達】非常非常抱歉由於我們工作的失誤，給您帶來了不快與損失，也特別敬佩外賓的修養和實事求是，給我們的環境評價5分、衞生評分4分，特別特別感動和內心不安！我們客棧的客房後面靠山（取名山居山景）、前面臨河觀古鎮（取名村居觀景），在翻譯的時候估計就顯得不精準而有創意了，我會學習以後再想想怎麼表達。茶葉盒的處理失誤確實是我們的責任，當班的前台小姑娘因為剛來上班半個月，處理很不專業，在打掃衞生的時候沒有檢查茶葉盒就把收拾進了垃圾桶，事後去垃圾桶翻找也沒有找到，更為失責的是沒有給您賠償，也沒有及時向店長彙報。我們客棧對客人遺失的物品有保管、寄送、補償及相關考核追查制度的，按我對小姑娘的人品瞭解，她是個誠實善良的孩子，我們也調取了前台的監控，確實是她失誤把扔了，事後我們對她進行了培訓和溝通。因為語言和聯繫方式，也聯繫不到您，如果您看到了此回覆，我給您準備了一份當地的土家壽茶作為伴手禮，可否與我們聯繫或者在線留言地址，我寄送給您以表心意，緩解我內心的一點自責懺愧，更期待能有一個機會接受我們的道歉和成長，以不負每一份選擇與信任！再次感謝您的包容和理解，我們會繼續改進，為大家提供更完美的入住體驗！

The hotel is just 3 min walk away from the entrance of the ancient town. This makes walking out of the ancient town to explore very easy. Furong is a very small town. We had time so we stayed 1N. If not, just go straight to Fenghuang. We stayed 1N in Fenghuang too & I personally likes it much more than Furong.
