住了快一星期吧，衞生非要每次提醒才能打掃嗎，白天出去忙完，晚上六點回來還沒打掃，打掃後物品就是這樣擺放，浴巾也不管嗎，出差這麼多地方，第一次見👍

酒店乾淨衞生，房間乾濕分離。熱水，空調都很給力。適合休息。位於商圈附近吃飯，購物都很方便。服務不錯，就是不理解為什麼要收按金。房間裏也沒有自費的商品，也沒有地毯。服務人員服務意識不錯，禮貌熱情。

沅江非常不錯的一個酒店，以前的廣通，地址位置好，邊上就是夜宵一條街，酒店條件也不錯，性價比非常高，來沅江看老師和同學聚餐都會選擇入住這裏，值得推薦。

單間乾淨整潔，服務員小姐姐人也超熱情，辦理入住時因為帶着兩個小朋友，而且小朋友們都睡著了，所以還是服務員小姐姐幫忙抱了一個小朋友送到房間去的，非常感謝！

房間裏有很重得煙味
可以理解，但是可以預留小部分無煙房，戴小朋友入住非常不友好，不吸煙人士也受不了
洗手枱盆有明顯損壞沒有及時維護
地理位置還是比較好、停車也比較方便
周邊吃東西也比較方便，推薦溜溜米粉線，衹做晚市河宵夜，非常好吃

設施：之前來住感覺還挺好的，時隔快一年
感覺設施維護不是很好
洗手枱盆裂了都沒有維護
但是這個性價比在整個地區還沒有對手，這也是個問題
服務：問保潔阿姨多要了一瓶水非常不情願

應該是沅江現目前最好的酒店了，就在轉盤那裡，交通方便，周邊餐飲豐富。酒店配套比較齊全，衞生也很乾凈，服務人員基本上能做到馬上響應。就是最近在搞啥裝修，中午一點還弄的響，影響休息。本來還打算多住幾天的，今天退房走了。

這是住過管理最差的温德姆，衞生和硬件設施都很不錯，唯一缺的是軟管理。
一：電梯沒有刷卡管控，人員雜亂。
二：房間有麻將桌，造成娛樂和住宿混雜。影響居住環境。
三：電梯、樓道、房間都有吸煙過的痕跡。這一點衞生差。
四：還有住客帶小狗進入，凌晨被狗叫聲吵醒。
