在攜程上訂的豪華標間，房間進去一股廁所味道，臟亂差，晚上洗澡沒有熱水，每次馬桶沖水就是一股糞便味道湧上來，視頻可見有多設施簡陋；
1.開始訂的豪華標間，前台説加10元可以升級大床房，就是價值138元，結果這個大床房沒有窗户的，跟籠子一樣，沒有辦法換回來原來豪華標間；
2.因為周邊沒有其他酒店，第二天中午一點左右續房攜程上原來豪華標間下架了，跟前台聯繫重新上架一下豪華標間我攜程訂，前台説不行，衹能換隔壁豪華大床房就是158元的，我説我沒退房啊？前台説12點打房間座機沒人接，我説我們外出了你可以打手機號碼跟我們聯繫啊？
3.反正最後溝通就是原來房間不能續住了，衹能訂158的大床房或者128的不知什麼房，類似他們這種房，別説128元，真的68元都不值得
最後我們打車走，建議大家去20公裡外的虞城市區或者
寧陵縣或者碭山縣那邊酒店多又舒服
