Yueyang High-speed Railway East Station to hotel pick-up service: This service is very good. You can pick up the hotel directly after leaving the station. Stayed for two nights and got a drop-off at the station.
The front desk service is very friendly, and the buffet breakfast is delicious and has a wide range of varieties.
The room hygiene is pretty good.

A very amazing hotel. I brought my family to stay during the Chinese New Year. I wanted to find a hotel where I could take a walk. There are not many similar hotels in Yueyang. You can also go to the Panda Museum to see pandas at this hotel.
The overall Chinese style, there is also a tea room, the decoration of the restaurant is very stylish, the lunch dishes are delicious, Hunan cuisine is a must-have meal
I stayed in a courtyard room, which also had a tatami tea room. The courtyard was quiet and comfortable.
You can wander around the hotel at will. There are some nice views and a large outdoor swimming pool, but it is not open in winter. Although some areas are still being renovated, most areas are also exquisitely designed. For example, you can drink tea in the small pavilion.
The hotel is located in the Dongting Lake Scenic Area. Walking along the lakeside, you can see exquisite scenery everywhere. It’s not too far to take a taxi to the Panda House, but you must get up early otherwise there will be many people.

Parking is convenient, there are quite a lot of parking spaces, check-in is quick, the room is relatively large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the environment is also very good! Disadvantages: 1. The hotel is converted from a shopping mall, and the interior is a bit winding. 2. Although the window of the selected room is close to the street, it is still blocked and the light is not very good. 3. The sound insulation is relatively poor. You can hear everything clearly when the next room is talking on the phone. The TV in the next room is on all night, which makes it impossible to sleep. 4. There is no luggage tag for luggage storage, but it is directly placed at the front desk and claimed by yourself, which lacks safety considerations.
Notes: 1. This is a 4-diamond hotel, not a 4-star hotel. There are gyms and restaurants, but some details are worse than star hotels. But it is in line with this price. 2. MMaoTonyThis is a great hotel where I stayed when I visited Linxiang city from October 11, 2024 to October 2024. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is convenient in the center of the city. There is a nice restaurant inside the hotel with delicious food. The breakfast provided in the hotel was great. There are many other restaurants close to the hotel too. There were many activities around including yearly fishing competition when I was there.
Most importantly, the hotel provides free laundry which is something rarely provided by any other hotels in China and USA.

The third floor of the building is a ”massage foot bath shop” for other businesses. It shares the elevator with the hotel to go upstairs. You can take the elevator to the hotel floor during the day. Service: The front desk service in the hotel lobby is very warm. When checking in, I introduced the location of the hotel restaurant in detail to the customers. The customers went to the scenic spot to play. After the check-out time was delayed, they also extended it for an hour. Here is the professional praise of the front desk lady.
Facilities: This time I went to Yueyang for a family trip. I booked a parent-child room. The hotel information introduced that the room size is 30~33 square meters. The actual use area of the room is much smaller. The distance from the wall of the room from the bed is the length of a suitcase. The overall visual inspection of the room is estimated to be more than 20 square meters!
Hygiene: We arrived at the hotel around 11:45 to check in. We were told that the room had not been cleaned out. We could understand that when we took the room to check the hygiene after lunch, we found a small red blood stain on the left side of the 1.8-meter bed. It was not completely washed after the sheets were cleaned. At that time, I thought about changing rooms, but considering that I waited until 13:30 in the afternoon to take the room, the hotel may not have other rooms to change, so I barely lived, and the customer's experience was very poor.

The reason is that there is a round table in the room, but the height of the chair does not match the height of the table. Although there are two chairs, the bucket chair does not have a backrest to sit on for a long time. No, chairs with backrests are too high and shoulders can't bear it. I'm talking about working with computers for more than 2 hours, and it can be ignored if it is mild. Another thing is that the hotel is not soundproof, which should be a common problem in hotels.
The last thing I want to say is that this hotel is one of the best in terms of service among the few hotels I have stayed in during this business trip. After check-in, tea is poured and laundry service is provided for free. Who would refuse to socialize at night? A free bowl of hangover porridge.

The bedding in the hotel was clean, the air conditioner was warm, and above all, it was quiet, so I was able to sleep deeply and rest well. However, what was most memorable was the kindness of the boss. The husband and the owners were very kind and caring about the customers' convenience as much as possible. They pick me up at the Namgangjin bus stop and also gave me an extra thick blanket for me who caught a cold. Especially on the day I went to Mufushan They drove me to the ticket office in Busan. As a Korean, I have traveled to many places in China but I have never been in a place as friendly and warm as this !!
