The ryokan is not up to the expectation as what google review or trip.com ratings. Suite is quite old and smelly. Onsen area have cob webs. The family onsen is not like ig picture standard with lots of insects and a gecko. Food nevertheless is ok.

Great place for family trip. Family baths are available for reservation as group. Family bathing with the super nice view. Services are also great there. Recommend for family trip.

接待員工們都非常友好，態度親切有禮，對小朋友亦非常照顧 👍🏻 回應要求亦都相當迅速有效率！
我們的房間是一間兩層高的獨立屋，空間很大，乾淨舒適，設備齊全，有私湯，私隱度高，非常方便與小朋友一起浸溫泉。有晚餐及早餐提供，食物質素十分好～ 非常用心！

我們訂了兩間房間，温泉都是户外的。邊泡温泉邊看山看森林，很獨特的體驗。走幾步便是森林，還看到鹿羣了。早餐和晚餐也非常豐盛，懷石料理五顏六色高品質。唯獨就是夜裡有點明顯的聲響，好像是野生動物的聲音。詢問了店家，有可能是黃鼠狼……總之是非常好的體驗大自然温泉酒店。
