Bir otel düşünün; tertemiz, nezih, aile sıcaklığında bir işletme. Güler yüzlü, saygılı, işini bilen insanlar tarafından işletiliyor. Gerçekten kendimizi misafir gibi hissettik, özellikle temizlik ve ilgi alaka mükemmeldi. Ama ne yazık ki bazı insanlar var, otelde değil sarayda kalmış gibi beklentilere girip sonra da klavye başında kin kusuyorlar. “Çayımız geç geldi”, “şu eksikti” gibi sudan bahanelerle otelin imajını karalamaya çalışıyorlar. Kusura bakmayın ama bu tarz insanlar hizmet değil, ilgi arsızı. Otelde bir problem yok, problem bazı insanların görgüsüzlüğünde. Herkese değil, kendisine hizmet edilmesini bekleyen bu tipler önce bir saygıyı öğrensin, sonra yorum yapsın. Bizim için 10 üzerinden 10, gözü kapalı tavsiye ederim.:)
