I selected a hotel near Yulin Railway station, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.For unknown reason trip.com system sent me to Yulin Railway Station in Shaanxi Province. I had no idea of this until I arrived. Took a taxi but the driver could not find the address. Later this Shaanxi owner sent me his location. I was shocked to see it's in Shaanxi Province northern China I explained the issue to the owner and requested a cancellation. He hung up and I filed a complaint with trip.com. I told them what happened and asked that the hotel refund me the pre payment less processing fees. Not only fifth he tefused, but Trip did not even offer any comprnsation me for their system's malfunction, in this instance. This O give very low score to the hotel owner him not bring flexible enough for a mistake not caused by him.

The room was clean and the bed big (but very hard). There is everyyhing that you need in the bathroom. Bus stop is at 5 minutes by walk

房間很寬敞，設施設備齊全，衞生很乾凈！老闆很熱情，樓下馬路對面就是公交站牌，離榆星廣場200米，旅遊出行很方便

這家賓館衞生很乾凈!空調也很好，夏天了空調很重要，地理位置優越，樓下小吃很多，位於西沙榆星廣場隔壁吃喝玩都很方便，服務員老闆都很熱情，洗澡熱水很好，我洗了一個多小時水換一直是熱得，值得點贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻床單被罩感覺都是新換得，睡得很舒服雖然是個賓館裝修風格比一般酒店都好，設施齊全，樓巷都有冷熱凈水機，

房間環境不錯，衞生乾淨，設備完好老闆很熱情！地理位置優越交通便利，樓下小吃一條街，飯店也多很多，夜市擺攤的多得是！隔壁就是榆星廣場，吃喝玩都有，非常方便，這個價格這家賓館非常滿意，下次來榆林還會住這家賓館

這家賓館衞生很乾凈，價格也便宜，床鋪都是一客一換，我經常住賓館我懂，地理位置也很好，西沙榆星廣場隔壁，樓下小吃很多，飯店也很多，玩的榆星廣場裏什麼都有，離火車站和北汽車站也不遠，下次還會選擇住這家賓館

房間裝修的不錯，酒店的老闆也十分熱情，衞生乾淨，非常適合入住，外面有許多餐飲店，距離榆星廣場也很近，周圍也有許多飯館，服務也很到位，適合入住👍👍👍
