Enjoy a get together with friends & family at the outdoor kitchen/bar area. Watch the stars cozied up on the couch near the outdoor fireplace. If access is needed to the 3rd bedroom due to your guest arrangement, an additional $50 cleaning fee is required. A separate access code will be provided at that time. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).If pets are left home alone, they must be kenneled.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please clean up after your pets using the plastic bags in the pantry and place in the garbage receptacles.
