設施：房間挺大的，智能化程度很高。沙發和椅子都比較舒適。沐浴露洗髮露護髮素，沒有及時補足，沐浴露入住時量一半都不到。橘子糖和柚子餅乾好吃😋好評！
衞生：衞生整體還行，但是晚上躺床上就有煙味，尤其是枕頭，有那股味兒很難睡好。希望酒店可以增設無煙樓層和無煙房間，讓旅客自由選擇住房。儘量避免讓不吸煙的旅客住到有煙味兒的房間。
環境：窗外是小區，整體比較安靜。遠處能看到聶耳公園的湖，旁邊有劇院，圖書館以及夜市，整體還算方便。
服務：大廳有咖啡機，味道還行。有需求和前台説都蠻熱情的。
整體住宿體驗不錯，就是期待能有無煙樓層和無煙房間，不然對煙味兒敏感點住宿體驗太不好了。床上沒看到煙灰，但是一大股煙味兒😓

第1次住桔子酒店，體驗不挺好，又續了三晚。特別喜歡酒店的設計風格，全景落地窗，房門口是長長的走廊，很敞亮，沒有傳統設計的那種壓抑感，夕陽透過陽台的窗户灑在走廊和房門上，那種感覺真好。酒店的早餐也合口味。
如果前台不那麼多次推銷華住會會員卡，體驗感會更好，扣0.5分

一進大廳就聞到桔子香，前台服務員熱情。小姐姐告訴我洗衣房在什麼地方，洗衣房不僅有洗衣機還有乾衣機。旅行，有地方洗衣，這太讓我開心了。他們還有健身房，可惜我用不上。
房間寬敞明亮，整潔乾淨，衞生間與洗手池乾濕分離。床品舒適。
非常棒的酒店，下次還會入住。

酒店裝修比較新，設施完備，服務熱情，桔子酒店的內裝色彩和燈光設計都有特色，給人温暖的感覺。衞浴空間寬敞，做到了乾濕分離。配備了茶台，桔子味的糖果和餅乾也會每天供應。還有健身房和自助洗衣房，十分方便。

來跑馬拉松的，離起終點很近，步行10分鐘就能到。酒店專門送了禮品，並且早上5:30就提供早餐，體驗很好
