Such an amazing and accomodating host - she helped us book every excursion with ease and was very knowledgeable about the region. The breakfast was amazing and the fascilities exceeded our expectations in every way! Loved the bottomless ice-cream and coffee-bar by the pool😁😁

Fantastic hotel/apartment. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The hotel is within walking distance of the center of Zabljak and close to various hiking trails and sights in Durmitor national Park. The pool has a beautiful view and you can reserve the hot tub so that you have it all to yourself. You can use coffee/tea, fruit and ice cream all day long. If you are going to this area, this hotel is highly recommended. The only disadventage we can think of is that the wifi is sometimes a bit slow.

This great place offers first of all a warm hospitality welcome. Greeted by Johanna and her staff, who made sure our stay was enjoyable. Great and very clean apartments, lovely breakfast and free coffee and ice cream throughout the day. Unfortunately because of the weather we couldn’t use the outdoor facilities. Warmly recommended!!!

I can only write a bad review because the reservation, with prepayment, was cancelled the evening before. The hotel cancelled and gave as reason that the room has been flooded. I saw in other reviews that this happened before. A good advice, don't book here because it is not worth the hassle when you are on holliday. Eveline

Hot tub water was green and mouldy smelling. You hear every footfall of every person who goes up or down the stairs as though they were walking on your head. All day and all night. You can hear reception and everyone in the breakfast room. Avoid this place.

This hotel cancelled our reservation for two rooms the night before we were due to arrive which was very unhelpful and surprising given we had booked it two months before. We were told by email (reason given was overbooking) and couldn't reach them by phone as they had turned their phone off. We couldn't tell whether the email was a scam or indeed whether this hotel itself is a scam. I have just read another Tripadvisor review saying that their reservation was cancelled for the same period but were given a different reason. Who knows what the truth is because the hotel was uncontactable. Don't let it put you off visiting Zabljak though as the Durmitor area is one of the most beautiful and interesting I have ever been to

Tant le personnel, très compétent et super aimable, que l'établissement très bien tenu sont à recommander. Piscine, sauna, jacuzzi, petits déjeuners très complets, propreté... enfin tout était parfait. Aux alentours passablement d'activités nature sont proposées autour de la ville qui se développe.

Obligés de prévoir un plan B car l'hôtel a annulé la réservation pré payée la veille. Ils auraient un souci de canalisations et d'inondations. Un peu la panique pour changer les plans à la dernière minute à l'étranger... Donc forcément...pas contente et je recommande pas.
