La vista es por la que pagas lo demás regular. También muy bueno es el sendero en el territorito del hotel: a la comparación con rutas de las cascadas o caminatas este es cómodo para bajar, hicieron escaleras y barandal. La habitación es muy pequeña. La presión del agua caliente está bajita. Para tres personas dieron dos toallas. Llevan también champú y crema. El personal es amable y atento, siempre hay alguien del personal. El estacionamiento es cómodo. El centro de Zacatlán está como a 10 minutos del hotel (en el coche).
