Le cose essenziali da capire in questa struttura ricettiva e che non è un hotel (quindi le quattro stelle non hanno nulla a che vedere con quelle che vengono date agli alberghi) e non è un palazzo. Sono delle camere arredate in modo accattivante situate in posizione assolutamente perfetta, nel cuore della città storica e a pochi passi, tra l’altro, della biglietteria Jadrolinja e dai traghetti e imbarcazioni. Non essendo un hotel non viene offerto alcun tipo di servizio, non ci sono spazi comuni, non c’è la colazione, non c’è mai nessuno del personale e le camere non vengono rifatte mai, anche se si soggiorna per diversi giorni, a meno che non lo si chieda espressamente.

We could not have been any more central, an awesome location. A welcoming hostess. We had the top floor with a step-out balcony, great for breakfasts.

Building exterior needs love, but whole town needs care. Dirty streets, litter, graffiti-inhabitants do not respect their town. The building’s interior is showy but all needs are met. Proprietress is helpful, warm, & knowledgeable.

Det var inget hotell alls utan ett avstycket boende bestående av 3 eller 4 rum, ett i varje våning. Mycket pretentiöst och uppenbart överambitiöst inredning och möbler i otroligt billigt kitsch, alltså massproducerad "konst" och "konsthantverk" av mycket låg kvalité som i sitt anspråk att föreställa äkta venetianska varor, lämnar ett groteskt intryck. Billiga styckaturer i gips, en billig imitation av kinesisk silkmatta, en trasig och sliten gul stol, vars färg inte matchar med möblerna i övrigt, sammtaget ett verkligt barock.

Unique boutique hotel just inside the walls of the old town with an abundance of dining and shopping options within steps of the hotel. Although it said parking within 20m we were unable to ever find a spot however discovered free parking at Ravnice 2….which was a bit of a hike. Absolutely delicious meal at Harbourhouse restaurant which is across a beautiful, lit bridge on the other side of the harbour. No staff on site at the hotel and housekeeping is on request.

Awesome place!
Great location! Taxi drops you off and you have maybe 25 steps to the hotel. It’s right in the old town center with restaurants and gelato establishments galore. Very clean and friendly staff.

Cold shower and no blankets on beds
Problems from the start when the key code to get in didn’t work. Ants in the bathroom and marching to the bedroom. Tried to take a shower - no hot water bc i apparently turned off the water heater when I turned the bathroom light 💡 n or off. I have no idea. Only sheets on the bed - after a freezing night they said blankets were in a black bag in the armoire. Who does that??? All I saw was a mattress pad and light bedspread that my husband wrapped up in. Parking was not 24 hrs in the muni lot - only 3 hours at a time except from 10 pm to 8 am. So we had to keep feeding the meter. I can not recommend this hotel - it was the worst night we have spent in Croatia. They need to be customer friendly and this had too many pitfalls. Location was perfect though and it’s a beautiful room. But a warm shower and warm bed were what I wanted.

Pleasant two nights stay
We stayed at this hotel in Zadar for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby, yet the area remains peaceful and quiet. The hotel is small and cozy, with beautifully decorated rooms. The air conditioning, shower, and other facilities worked perfectly, and the small fridge was sufficient for storing a couple of bottles of drinks.
However, there were a few downsides. There was no staff available, which made communication challenging. Additionally, we received conflicting information about the checkout time, with emails stating either 10 AM or 11 AM, and the cleaning staff arrived at our door at 9:50 AM before we had checked out. Lastly, as far as I know, there was no luggage storage available, which was inconvenient when we were leaving.
Despite these issues, the hotel’s great location and cozy atmosphere made for a mostly enjoyable stay.

Tomar banho frio, ninguém merece
Gostaria de relatar pontos bons da estadia, mas infelizmente preciso relatar um fato totalmente desagradável: o chuveiro não esquentava, foram dois dias de banho gelado. No meu primeiro contato de manhã, o dono me respondeu que era só virar o registro do chuveiro para o lado, óbvio que já tinha tentado isso várias vezes e para os dois lados. Mas a noite, tentei novamente virando o registro para ambos os lados, e claro que o chuveiro não esquentou. Enviei a foto do registro para o lado como o dono pediu e falando novamente que o chuveiro não esquentava, e pedi uma providência sobre o chuveiro, pior que ele não me respondeu mais. Infelizmente é um descaso muito grande com um cliente.
