Private: property 600 m2 with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (above ground) round (5,5 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 07.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 11.9 km, pebble beach 20 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. 3-room house 75 m2. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). The house is idyllically situated under the village of Pićan in the midst of grapevines. Everything is extraordinarily clean and well-kept, which is due to the family management of the owners. They are beyond friendly and very accommodating! Hvala!

Landlords live right next door! Hospitality was lacking. Every morning at 7 the pool was cleaned which was quite noisy in the rooms. No privacy in the garden/terrace. When we came back from a trip there were just new flowers planted in the garden! No keys

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Owners willing and accommodating. The kitchen is richly equipped. We would love to come back sometime.

The apartment itself is beautiful and well equipped. The garden with a pool and loungers is adequate, but very uneven. The negative and that cannot be seen from the offer on the internet and does not mention that there is a busy road about 20 meters away.
