Hotel St John Villas

This was our 3rd visit to the Villas and it certainly didn’t disappoint. We arrived late on a Friday night to a lovely welcome from Andreya and Joelle on reception, throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble and the problem we had with the wifi was dealt with quickly and efficiently, even though it was 7pm on a Sunday evening. The guys were there within half hour to take a look. The Villa was cleaned daily by the very cheerful and hardworking Nikita, bathroom towels changed daily and pool ones every other day. Bonus - she also did the dishes. We ate at the Noya restaurant only twice as we like to eat out. We hired a car from the airport for the full 2 weeks we were there, as we like to get out and travel around the Island, so much to see and if nothing else you don’t have to worry about walking up and down the hill in the evening or to do some shopping. One thing on the downside it was disappointing not to receive even a basic welcome pack in the Villa - considering we arrived so late :( Still, cannot wait to return, hopefully next year.

We ve stayed in Gardenia villa. The comfort and luxury is beyond measure. My son and daughter enjoyed the swimming pool (which by the way had crystal clean water without smelling chlorine) the beds were super comfortable, the garden was perfect and always peaceful and quiet. Fantastic stuff and service in our villa. Very rich breakfast and wonderful sea view from everywhere. By far the best 5 star hotel I've visited until now.

We had the best four nights in one of the private St John’s Suites. The suite was peaceful, tranquil and absolute paradise. It was just what we needed for a break from busy work and family life. We loved not having to leave the suites and just relax using the beds, loungers, chairs and pool. We did use room service a couple of times and also ended up buying some wine and having that in room. The bed was comfy and it felt like we were a million miles away from the rat race. We ate breakfast at Noya which was lovely and had evening meal a couple of times. We walked down the steep hill to the town and ate in a couple of lovely restaurants, lots of nice bars too. Something for everyone! We went to the Seacret beach club one day which was a nice change. The buggies were handy as the hill was steep and the weather was HOT. Reception were great, there was a well stocked library and we both had a lovely massage. The massage is a more clinical environment than a spa and is in a room next to the gym but was still a good massage!

We had a really lovely stay at St. John Villas with our friends . The villa was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. It was the perfect setting for a peaceful holiday. The mini market in the main building was super convenient and surprisingly well stocked, which made things so much easier. Everyone we came across was friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!

Ein wunderschöner Platz hier in Zivilis, liebevolles Personal,war stets bemüht! Erholung pur! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Tolle Strände auf der Insel.auch zu Fuß erreichbar! Kurzer Transfer vom Flughafen! Wir kommen gerne wieder in das Hotel St.John!

I haven’t stayed here yet but am hoping to book very soon. Can anyone who has been let me know if it is a necessity to have a car? We would prefer not to drive but can if necessary. How close is the nearest town, amenities, supermarket etc. Thank you
