It is vexing to read reviews regarding the terminology ‘worn’, by the reviewers. This is humidity, unfortunately; however, this resort is resplendent in every way, from the staff, accommodation & the victuals. My wife & I participated in the bed & breakfast, and found the breakfast selection absolutely sublime. The bar adjacent to the pool is five-star prices; however, just breeze to the adjacent ‘Punta basta beach bar’ where the prices were two euros less, for a beer. The owner is one of the Koster Brothers who serve excellent cuisine, at two restaurants (the Koster Brothers & the Gyro House), both side by side, approximately one mile away. On the Banana Beach are two outstanding restaurants, the ‘Banana Baya Beach’ & the ‘Banana Cas Playa’. Two sublime restaurants at the rear of the ‘Punta Basta Beach Bar’ (200 metres) are the ‘Taverna Familia’ & the ‘Mesala Restaurant’. One last point: the sunbeds are the best ever!

This is a 4,5 stars hotel, not a 5 star service. Not very clean - see spiderweb attached. Asked for another vanity set - not received it. Asked to drink the wine bought from them somewhere else at the concert, they had to double check if it was allowed. Asked to receive the dinner we paid but just for my son, the receptionist said it was not possible just for 1 person. All in all nice hotel, most of the staff is very nice but not 5 star level.
