Alegria Villas Complex

Great location, spacious and well equipped. Owner very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

This is a special place. We’ve just stayed in one of the villas with private pool and it was gorgeous as are all the surroundings sat in a quiet village amongst the olive trees. It’s walking distance to a couple of tavernas and to a choice of two beautiful beaches. Lia who owns the villas is a wonderful lady who can’t do enough for you and made our holiday very special. After our holiday being posponed for two years we eventually arrived at Alegria Villas on 15th August for 10 days and stayed in a duplex apartment. The two years wait was definately wotrh it as it is a wonderful place and the staff could not do any more to help at every opportunity. The accomodation is set in a lovely rustic setting with a perfect swimming pool and seating areas with hammocks dotted around and the area is surrounded by olive and banana trees. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated with all the appliances you may need for your stay, ive never stopped in such a spacious accomodation before. There are a few beaches nearby and one is an idilic beach just 5 mins walk in a shelered cove with shallow water on a lovely sandy beach and in the village there are four or five nice restuarants and probably another six or seven within 20 mins walk, several of which are the best i have been to. The complex has a snack bar which serves alcohol and the young girl who works there is very cheerful and helpful, Lia the owner is a lovely cheerful lady who can recommend places to go and excursions and even has their minibus drop us off and pick us up at a particuler resturant we had booked which was 30 mins walk away, she was so helpful and even gave us a present to bring home on our last day. In summary this was a great holiday made better by the amazing hotel complex and location and the happy staff who work there and we will be booking again to come back.
