Exensian Villas & Suites

villa bellissima immersa nel verde con vista mozzafiato sul mare e l’isola di Marathonissi. La zona è tranquilla, vicino al paese di Limni Kerioú ma per arrivarci è necessario avere una macchina. Nelle immediate vicinanze della villa ci sono due belle spiagge accessibili a piedi e alcuni buoni ristoranti. La villa è una bella struttura tradizionale in pietra, fa parte di un piccolo complesso molto curato e tranquillo, è arredata con gusto, ha bellissimi balconi attrezzati, una piscina privata deliziosa. Le camere sono spaziose, i bagni moderni e curati, il soggiorno è molto bello e la cucina è moderna e dotata di tutto il necessario, lavatrice, lavastoviglie. Aria condizionata e wi-fi funzionano molto bene. Un grazie di cuore a Xenofono e Spiros, gentilissimi ed efficaci, sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta sorridendo.

We (6 adults) stayed in the 3 bed executive villa for a week. I spoke to Xenofon when I booked the villa, he arranged our taxi from the airport and was at the villa to greet us upon arrival. We found him friendly and professional, he responded promptly to any queries that we had during the week. The villa was perfect! Absolutely stunning views from all balconies and pool. Fully equipped, air conditioned and very clean. We soon had a very warm welcome from Spiros, who looked after us all throughout the week. Advising and booking restaurants and a fabulous private boat trip. This man is exceptional! He works so hard and nothing is too much trouble. He just wanted us all to be happy and we were! He put so much into making our holiday perfect. Thank you. We will always remember this holiday and hopefully will return soon! Just great for a relaxing holiday! Highly recommended, it's a must!

Villa fantastica, piscina privata. Grazie a Xenofon e Spiros disponibili per ogni necessità e per organizzare la giornata. A pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Taverna molto buona nelle vicinanze e porto per ne lèggiate una barca a poca distanza. Fantastica permanenza!

It was a wonderful experience to stay at Exensian Villas. The house is very comfortable, the service is wonderful and the pool area is marvelous! The contact to book was fluid and they took good care of us, Xenofon and Spiros. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much for your hospitality, our family will have this good memory for eternity! ❤️

My husband and I spent a perfect week here, the villa being exactly as described. Stunning view from balconies and private pool. The lovely Spiros was on hand for anything we needed at any time, he is a wonderful character and was happy to give information on boat, taxi and restaurants. In walkable distance is a fantastic authentic Greek restaurant called Votsalo. We hired a taxi to and from the airport and had no need of rental vehicle as the location is such that one has everything one needs within walking distance. Keri being 25 minutes walk, a great spot to have breakfast and to rent boats. Obviously if exploring further afield you'd need to rent a car.

I booked in Exensian Villas and Suites as a surprise to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday. We were absolutely delighted with our choice and just wished we could have stayed longer. The villas with swimming pool are perfectly designed with stunning views from everywhere in the property! Nothing is too much for the property manager, Xenofon, who helped me out with organizing various things and also Spyros who sorted out the most amazing Birthday cake at very short notice. A simply wonderful stay!!
