The hotel staff was very helpful, the rooms are cleaned everyday, there are 4 pools and plenty of sun loungers, although guests keep on reserving them with towels and other stuff - but it's not the hotel's fault. The pools and cleaned everyday. The best entertainment - animations with Kacper (Sławek i Kaja pozdrawiają :) A few things that overall could be improved: variety of foods, espiecially lunch/dinner meals - for example meat dishes. The restaurant staff - they are taking the plates way too fast from people, sometimes we had to take next plate to eat something else, because it was taken away from us :) while checking-in it would be great if someone would show the new guests where everything is - the bar, all four pools :) Overall - very good hotel and best vacation ever for us :)

I don’t usually write reviews but I thought I would take the time to write one about this hotel. This is my first time in Zante so had no expectations but I can honestly say this hotel made my holiday. From the start the check in process was quick and simple and someone come to take us to our room. Our room was brilliant, we booked a standard double and ended up in a split level family room which couldn’t have been better for two friends that sleep differently. The room was modern and clean, there was ample storage, the bathroom was very modern and clean and they were cleaned daily with fresh towels. There is also a mini fridge and safe box in the room. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the AC so reception sent someone to come turn it on. The pool areas are great, never any difficultly getting a sun lounger and there are four pools to choose from. We stayed all inclusive and while some reviews mention that the food is repetitive, I didn’t think it was, there was new things every day, it’s not the hotels fault if you choose to eat the same thing every day. They had staples of course such as a salad bar with meats and cheeses and they had some kind of spaghetti with a sauce every day, but the main means changed each meal. There isn’t too much entertainment but I personally don’t enjoy hotel entertainment anyway so that didn’t bother me. I enjoyed staying in the hotel with the all inclusive bar more than going out towards the *****. Even though this hotel isn’t adult only, there were very few kids when we stayed which was a bonus to me, and the kids and younger people that were here weren’t rowdy which I expected. All in all, a brilliant hotel and although I wouldn’t return to laganas, the hotel made this trip for me

kacper was amazing for entertainment and getting everyone involved he is very funny and friendly. such a good person and was able to have good chats with him. can’t fault him at all and he was great. on the whole it’s a very good hotel. although the food is good it does lack a variety and isn’t much on offer. beds are comfy and good night sleep.

Fijn hotel en service gericht Wij zaten in het nieuwe gedeelte van het hotel. Super nette kamer met een heel fijn zwembad nagenoeg aan het terras van de kamer. All inclusive is prima voor de prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Drinken is basic, je kunt ook standaard cocktail bestellen. Tegen een kleine betaling zijn merk cocktails ook te bestellen. Als je van salades houdt is het heel goed. Receptie was servicegericht. We hebben 6 topdagen gehad.

My daughter and I stayed at the White olive premium for 10 days. We had the most amazing holiday here, mostly due to the fantastic animation /entertainment team. They made our holiday! So attentive to every guest. They had everyone dancing and joining in with aqua aerobics/Zumba. So a special thank you to Aleksander and Kacper! You are both incredible! Opa Opa! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious and modern. Overall happy apart from the odd cockroach! The all inclusive food was average. Sometimes cold. And also repetitive. We ate out quite a lot as the local restaurants are so good! But on the plus side all inclusive, drinks were good. ..tip. ask for a double of any cocktail or spirit and it will be a normal measure🤷‍♀️ Enjoy your holiday. Yamas🥂

What an overall amazing hotel! Very friendly staff, attentive cleaners and overall a great atmosphere! We hit some issues when arriving with our electric and water being out but this was an island issue not a problem with the hotel, none the less the hotel was very apologetic and did their best to ensure we were still happy, 2 people that really deserve a shout out is the Animators Kacper and Alecander, they worked tirelessly to ensure that our holiday was as fun and engaging as possible, even by suggesting different activities outside of the hotel. They had excellent knowledge of different tourist attractions in the area as did all the staff. The food was not the best every night but there was always something there you could eat, and if there’s not there is a stunning restaurant a few 100 yards away called The Island which is absolutely stunning. Lovely pools with ample sun loungers and plenty of shops really close for pool toys and other gifts only issue is the pools are artic cold 😂 but I’m sure kacper’s Aqua Gym will warm you up 🙈 Overall an amazing stay!
