It was great. Thank you!:) Nice location, clean room, hotel has a swimming pool and sauna. Receptionists are really friendly. You can leave your luggage after checkout for free.

比較老的旅館，但是位置和周圍環境都很方便。酒店附近在修路，無法停車。但是附近有停車場和道路。

Hotel in centro e vicino alla fermata degli autobus. Funicolare a 15 minuti a piedi attraversando il centro. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita, non grandissima, ma con tutto il necessario. Peccato per la moquette. La piscina perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata impegnativa.

飯店位置佳，早餐美味，房間乾淨，櫃檯人員很親切。

職員非常友善，可以用英文溝通。位置還不錯，酒店外面就是商店街，可以買手信，都有不同嘅餐廳，離火車站/大巴站大概15分鐘步程。酒店有免費泳池同桑拿，有升降機，整體嚟講幾推薦。

Very convenient location, very good breakfast, but a bit expensive, good swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzi. We have stayed for 6 days, no changes of towels, bedding or hoovering, it was a little bit disappointing. Not enough parking spaces Staff very welcoming and smiling

The property doesn't have air conditioning

Spent a night here last weekend, last minute decision to visit Zakopane and places we'd stayed before had no spaces but we found this place and it was beautiful. Our room had amazing windows to look at the views, two bathrooms and comfy beds, we didn't get the chance to eat or visit the bar but it looked really nice and the hotel receptionist was really friendly and helpful. It's in a great location and would definitely stay again

The hotel is very nice and just in the main street walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very nice place, excellent location, room 303 the best view for the Kasprowy and jump sky tracks. Professional staff.

Where do you start. We found this hotel through one of the major booking sites. Location, great, rating according to the booking site fabulous 8.7 out of 10. £110 per night. What couldn’t be right with this place. We stayed in room 405 1 ) Reception staff appalling. They couldn’t care less about your issues. 2) Aircon isn’t working. It was over 30 degrees outside. In July. We asked and all we got was “it’s not working.” No apology. 3) Lift was unreliable. Would the doors close or just keep reopening? It was a lottery 4) Checkout time at 6:15 am as we had a 7am train. Lift was out of action. Turns out they power it off at night. Reception couldn’t care less. 5 Rooms need a total refurb. Carpet bleached from sunlight and had a burn in it. Exposed wire in the bathroom, fridge unplugged when we arrived, which isn’t ideal when you have some food and drinks to keep cool. Kettle leaking on to the base. Tbf the handy man got us a new kettle. 6) breakfast was limited to say the least. Luckily we aren’t fussy eaters but there was no variation across the 4 days. The building outside looks beautiful. You go to sit on the decking and it’s rotten. Bowed and sticking up. Plus side. Location View from the balcony. The staff were spoken to by us in both Polish and English, so it was a case of misunderstanding. This place needs a top to bottom overhaul including the staff. I wouldn’t be surprised if the aircon was off because of costs rather than being broken. This place looks like it’s run out of cash. I hope the owners of this hotel reply, as I can’t wait to hear their response. There’s loads of similar priced accommodation in the area. Go there instead!!! Be warned.

2 night stay Overall it is a comfortable stay. Our room was on the 2nd floor and faces the mountains, however the door to the balcony was spoiled on the 2nd day and we could not open it. The first night was quiet but we could hear people talking on the 2nd night. But as we were very tired, we fell asleep. The location was very ideal, at the heart of Krupowki. If we come back again, we will stay here but at a higher floor.
