酒店房間乾淨衞生。
酒店入住感不錯，設施設備也很齊全，酒店旁邊就有吃的服務員個個都很熱情，前台小姐姐服務周到還給我們指引了近路。外賣夜宵可以送到房間，很方便。
環境好，地理位置優越，前台接待熱情有禮貌，客房打掃及時，工作人員都很專業，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，床鋪舒適用品貼心！

怎麼會有這麼美的酒店，建築為晉式大院的風格，窗外就是小橋流水，不要太美。前台小姐姐很熱情，給提前發了位置，温馨提示。位置超讚，離西門很近，又不是很吵，此行最大的驚喜就是選擇這裏，有免費漢服可穿，下次還會去住。

父母一起出遊，出於安全各方面考慮，定了本酒店，真的沒有讓人失望。酒店建築古色古香，前台接待小顏特別提出表揚，不管是前期溝通還是到酒店後各項服務流程都做得非常到位，熱情大方，周到細緻，贏得了家人的一致好評。房間設施齊全，臨窗就是河景，早餐飯菜豐富可口，很適合帶父母一起出遊。

服務：服務非常非常好。前台小姐姐很温柔，很有耐心。我們是接近凌晨到的，前台小姐姐一直在等我們還幫我們拿行李。還給升級了房間，給她的服務超級好評
衞生：衞生就太一般了，馬桶上有毛髮有很多斑點。洗手盆水龍頭有明顯水痕，房間地板的地也是沒拖乾淨。三分也是看在前台小姐姐服務非常好的份上給的，太低了會扣她工資。
環境：環境是很不錯的。開窗户就是院子，距離護城河特別近，周圍也有吃飯的，也有超市還是挺方便的。
設施：整體的設施也比較新，但是床有點響，正常翻身睡覺都有聲音

萬家大院在台兒莊古城景區裏面，靠近古城西門附近，到中心復興廣場5分鐘左右，晉派四合院風格，兩進院落，酒店乾淨衞生，設施齊全，酒店的餐廳都是當地特色菜，味道很好，第二天午餐時還贈送兩份菜餚，工作人員服務熱情周到，並提供給古城演出時間表和遊玩攻略，是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗。
