We arrived early for check in. When we went into the reception area we instantly got bad vibes. It was dirty and looked so run down. The receptionist was very strange and told us he could check us in but we weren’t allowed in our room but insisted that we leave our bags and go out. This was so weird and made us feel uncomfortable. He got us the keys and took all our details and we sat in the main bit waiting to go in the room. After some time he came back over and asked us if we were going out and mentioned to us again to leave the bags. We said no and he said he would get the cleaner to sort the rooms then. This was another strange interaction. We began looking for alternative places to stay because neither of us felt comfortable. I used the toilet while we were waiting and it was disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The bin was full, the toilet seat was dirty and the sink wasn’t clean. It looked like the men were using the women’s toilets because of the state of it. We didn’t even make it into the room before leaving. We found somewhere so much better to stay. I honestly wouldn’t recommend to anyone, especially not a woman. Save yourself the money!!

I had a terrible experience. The bed was broken and I had to sleep on the floor. When I told the receptionist, he literally laughed at me. How can you treat a customer that way when there's such a problem? Something like that should never happen. The showers are dirty and the room full of bugs. I'd never recommend this place.

Trovato su Booking col nome "Be Zaragoza Hostel" come sistemazione più economica vicino al centro (52 euro tre notti a maggio). Una volta scesi dal bus dell'aeroporto (fermata Puerta del Carmen) vi attendono 12 minuti a piedi ma l'ostello è comodissimo per visitare la città. Camerata da 10 letti abbastanza confortevole. La prima notte non ho dormito a causa del cigolio della porta, poi sistemato dietro mia lamentela. Con la card magnetica si ha a disposizione anche una comodo e capiente armadietto. Prese comode vicino al letto. Personale cordiale. Bagni comuni abbastanza puliti. Nell'interrato un club musicale. Durante la mia permanenza ha suonato un famoso gruppo giapponese di Rhythm 'n' beat...spettacolo!

Arrivée à 12h30 je paie d'avance une chambre minuscule pour 38 euros avec sanitaires à l'extérieur. Malheureusement coupure d'eau pendant 3 ou 4 heures sans possibilité d'utiliser les toilettes dans tout l'immeuble. Revenue à 22h30 je retourne dans ma chambre. Je suis surprise par un bruit de vibration assez fort venant du couloir juste au niveau de ma chambre : le mur est très chaud et le bruit ne s'arrête jamais, très gênant pour dormir. Inquiète, je descends prévenir un des responsables de l'auberge pour lui signaler le problème : De mauvaise humeur car il finissait son service il monte à mon étage, écoute puis touche le mur: "oui c'est normal, c'est toujours comme cela ce bruit et personne ne s'en plaint". Etonnée je lui demande de changer de chambre car le bruit est trop présent pour que je puisse y dormir. "Impossible" me répond t il " " Mais j'ai payé 38 euros une chambre seule justement pour y dormir tranquille ! "Vous avez qu'à faire une réclamation " . Ce monsieur très désagréable, sans aucun désir de m'aider me plante là. Partie exaspérée pour prendre mon train à 7h30 après une très mauvaise nuit : Le bruit restait très gênant même en bouchant mes oreilles avec des boules Quiès .

Nos han vendido un servicio inexistente! Hemos reservado una cama doble y al llegar nos dicen que "no es un albergue para adultos" que no hay camas dobles y que nos podían dar una triple. Al subir a ver esta opción, en la habitación había alguien y no hemos pagado para compartir. Hemos tenido que buscar otro allojamiento y al bajar no nos han querido devolver el dinero. Peor de así no hay! Pésimos e irreverentes.

L’auberge de jeunesse est degueulasse les douches et les wc aussi et je ne vous laisse pas imaginer la gueule de la cuisine. Si vous avez une autre option surtout n’hésitez pas et fuyez cette auberge de jeunesse ! La pire que l’on n’ai jamais fait !
